  1. Eat crisps for breakfast
  2. Listen to chilled out music
  3. Plan a story, don't put pressure to write it
  4. Get some fresh air when out with a support worker
  5. Get extra hours of sleep
  6. Tell your loved ones about how the storm made you feel
  7. Breathe deeply
  8. Take some paracetamol should a headache come
  9. Do some low stim writing activities
  10. RELAX....
