The Happiness Project - 2021 - 17.8.21
I did two ScreamBlue activities - one based on a Teletubbies 'Numbers' episode and one based on Charades.
One Line A Day - 2021 - 17.8.21
I didn't do the I.B.F.Fs story Ice Cream, but I did a worksheet based on another Bluey episode 'Charades', with ice blocks and ballerinas.
The Five Kingdoms
Once upon a time there was a boy called Cedric, and he made up his own fantasy world. And there was this other guy called Mo, and he made no sense. He, Mo and their fellow gamers requested their own series which involved nothing but nothing but gaming and little time at school (the Dumping Ground, anyone?). This was called Lagging, and this is what happened in tonight's adventure. BOOM!
Listening To Them Whistle
The Lion King, The Jungle Book, Spot, Zog, The Gruffalo and now my old favourites the Clangers are available on Toniebox! I can't believe this, plus, I haven't talked about the Clangers for quite sometime, y'know, because CBeebies Bedtime is ruined. Read more about it here:
Recipe Decisions
On Google Calendar, where I put when Mairi is taking me out, I'll put down recipes we'll do together on that day....that is, if Tweed wants to eat the batter.
7 Books That Encourage Sharing
My I.B.F.Fs story Ice Cream is all about sharing...and then giving in to eating another's ice cream. There are seven other books that encourage you to share, and the above book, Llama Llama Time To Share, is one of them.
Winnie The Pooh & Friends - Films For Toddlers!
I'm glad to see that Winnie The Pooh is on this list of toddler-oriented films. This, along with Paw Patrol: Ready Race Rescue and The Adventures Of Elmo In Grouchland, can keep toddlers entertained for hours while you're washing the dishes or cleaning the car or making dinner or other stuff like that. And because I found it yesterday, I thought I'd share it with you!
I.B.F.Fs: Ice Cream Apology
Due to me staying up a bit and then going to sleep for four hours in the morning, I couldn't do the I.B.F.Fs take on the Bluey episode Ice Cream. Don't worry, though, to pass the time until the story comes, why don't you partake in an activity relating to the episode that emphasizes the value of sharing? Click the link below to find out how you can teach your students to share with a single Bluey episode.
Q&A A Day For Kids - 2021 - 17.8.21
I would rather travel back in time because I'd love to find out what life was like before I was born.
