Dora At The Carnival

Since I'm not watching Dog Loves Books for the rest of the week until my new TV comes, I bring you the last bedtime story for now - Dora The Explorer In: Dora Goes To The Carnival, since Dog Loves Sleepy Time Rhymes has a vibrant, simple carnival theme.

My New Room...But Something Is Missing

This isn't what my room looks like in the picture above, but my room is perfect, except for one thing - no TV and no Sky Multiroom! This caused me to have a hysterical crying fit worrying about what might happen if I make it into next week with no TV and Scream Street's not on iPlayer anymore, or what if I can't see Bluey anymore...it's like going into lockdown all over again! Luckily, mum and grandma are ordering me a new TV and are calling Sky for multiroom, and now I have a warm mug of hot chocolate by my bed. Until then, I wish miracles would happen....

Witch Spies!

"Abracadabra, Kalamazoo,
Give me a friend that's coated in blue!"
The Bluey episode 'Spy Game' was inspired by witches, spies and various potion-making skills. It's time to make your own witch's brew...that is, if Eefa would mind it.

Head over to the 'Spy Game' section of 50 Days Of Bluey and try the other potion-making and spy-themed activities.

Miffy In I.B.F.F Diaries

If I were to choose a favourite Tiny Pop show before Simon, it would be Miffy's Adventures Big & Small. It has the gentle charm and whimsey of the Miffy series and is beautifully done. This is why, because Miffy's Adventures Big & Small premiered on Tiny Pop weeks before Scream Street on CBBC in October 2015, I'm adding Miffy, Melanie and Snuffy into I.B.F.F Diaries as my friends from school and from the large colourful house across the street named Tiny Pop, where Miffy lives with her family and friends. In the first book, Miffy and I get excited for Scream Street, but Melanie is afraid of monsters, especially her friend's siblings, because one time she was afraid there was a monster under her bed - something all Tiny Pop characters go through.

Bluey, Bingo, Chloe, Snickers, Coco, Honey, Rusty and Kipper will make appearances throughout the book, too. I'm doing I.B.F.F Diaries '15 - Part 1 as a Halloween tradition every October 21st, so be sure to tune in then to see how I get on at the age of six with Miffy, Bluey and my friends!

My Stories Now Use Stop-Motion Illustrations

I've decided to let all my stories have model illustrations since now, my favourite animation/illustration style is stop motion thanks to Scream Street. I'll let Factory do illustrations for I.B.F.Fs and I.B.F.F Diaries stories, while for the I.B.F.F Diaries books, I'll let Aardman get involved with their Shaun The Sheep and Timmy Time models for I.B.F.F Diaries. Mackinnon & Saunders have already provided the puppets for Scream Street, but now they'll do some for Bluey, Love Monster, Dog Loves Books, My Pride and Simon. For Me, You, And..., I'd either let Beast Animation do the illustrations because of their work on the charming foreign children's series Rintje, or I'd let the folks at Bix Pix do it because they did the Amazon children's series 'Tumble Leaf'. Dwarf will provide illustrations for my Girl In The Front Room and Puri Curi Place stories since they do Rilakkuma & Kaoru, my favourite Netflix anime. Doing stories with models, just like Bit-Bot & The Blob, will make them more irresistible to look at and pick up, like a magic mirror, or maybe a certain irresistible-looking CBBC series about a town of monsters....

When Dog Loves Sleepy Time Rhymes Airs On CBeebies

The Cycling Proficiency Badge

Apparently, I.B.F.Fs & The Bike Ride brings back childhood memories to my mum of when she earned her Cycling Proficiency Badge, like the one in the picture above. Find out more about cycling proficiency here:

Scruff In I.B.F.Fs: A Movie Star Christmas

This classic Tiny Pop character is named Scruff, and he appears in my I.B.F.Fs story, A Movie Star Christmas. He appears with the gang of movie stars as the star of Lass Of Drive, a movie series about a dog who drives a car, and the star of TV commercials advertising dog food. I.B.F.Fs: A Movie Star Christmas is a sequel to I.B.F.Fs: Movie Stars and features a stay in the Dorchester Hotel with a butler and marshmallow-soft beds, plus a cake with balloons, London Zoo's Light Vortex, a trip to Hamley's, a shopping spree and a ride on the London eye. Where do I get my ideas for the story from? Click on these links to read what inspired A Movie Star Christmas:
