Timon & Pumbaa Love This Blue Peter Quiz!
Timon and Pumbaa love this quiz on the Blue Peter section of the CBBC website, because it's about their most favourite thing in the whole entire world - fat, wriggly grubs! Play as yourself, or play as either Timon or Pumbaa. You'll get the idea of what they would love to eat.
Movie Night Snacks
Here is another deliciously satisfying video made to help bring my appetite on during dinner - and to cheer me up when I nearly burned myself touching hot chips. Make these satisfying recipes at home!
In fact, they remind me of the Pingu story 'Pingu The Chef', which you can listen to over on Youtube:
Recreating Gobble & Go At Home
Gobble & Go is Henry's favourite restaurant. Burgers. Chips. Pizza. Ice Cream. Giant TVs. Could life get any better? I found this video from Tasty with groovy music while searching for something to help get my appetite on for dinner on how to create McDonald's food at home - or rather, a whole Gobble & Go feast for budding Purple Hand Gang members. Get your feast on with Henry!
Saratan
'Day Of The Prophecy'? More like 'Day Of The X-Rated Horror Movie'. That's just what happens in today's episode of Art Ninja, which I saw before I went to the hospital to write that Llama Llama retelling while Mum checks on Grandma. In this episode, which I deem unsuitable for everyone, especially children, Sarah becomes gifted with the ability to predict the future, which means she acts like she's possessed by Satan throughout the entire episode, what with dark green lighting and pupiless eyes. I'd recommend that adult fans of Art Ninja, like myself, should watch this episode when their children are in bed because, although Art Ninja is a kids' art show, this episode is a one off due to what I think may contain course language, violence, scary imagery and adult themes. Still here? Alright. Adults, click the link below and prepare to feel the horror through Sarah's psychic, Satanic skills. Don't say I didn't warn you!
Don't Eat The Pictures
....actually, do, because Newsround has just covered an amazing Home Alone inspired gingerbread house!
Or, you can make this beautiful pink gingerbread house above. You can add strawberries and cream if you want:
Lily The Unicorn
I like to think of the Amazon pilot Lily The Unicorn as one of the many inspirations behind the I.B.F.Fs: A New Generation stories - because in both these properties, what turns out as an ordinary everyday event turns into a magical, one-of-a-kind, extraordinary adventure that you can share with friends like mine. Watch the above clips to find out more!
Countdown To Christmas Day 8 - Blueberry Muffin Recipes
The kind of muffins recommended for bakers at this time of year are not just chocolate or Googleberry muffins....they're blueberry muffins, ones which taste like home and are fresh from the oven! You can make fresh, homemade, old-fashioned blueberry muffins by clicking on the link and getting baking:
