Scooby Doo Goes To Halloweentown

Tonight's Boomerang movie, Scooby Doo & The Witch's Ghost, which was released in 1999 - one year before I was born - can be easily described by autistic people like myself as Scooby Doo meets the Disney Channel original movie, Halloweentown. Now, Halloweentown was release one year before the film made its debut, so the folks at Warner Bros were like, "Hey, let's use Scooby Doo to rip off a Disney Channel movie and have them confronting a witch ghost who brings things like turkeys and pumpkins to life in a Salem town!" The result? This film.

Mildred Reunites With Luella

MILDRED: We know it's hard to always stay at home without your friends,
But we've all got a part to play,
And one day soon we'll be back the way we used to be,
And we can't wait for that day!
MAUD: Alright, Mildred, stop, you've been singing this song for the last six months now.
MILDRED: I can't help it, it's one of those earworms that keep swimming in my head. By the way, have we seen Luella recently?
ENID: No. Why?
MILDRED: (in tears) I...I've been missing her a lot recently. Now that we're going back to Cackles' Academy, I just feel life isn't the same without her. I wish I could see her again.
LUELLA: Wish you could see who again?
MILDRED: LUELLA!
(Mildred races up to Luella, and the two girls hug)
MILDRED: I've missed you so much, Luella, it's so good to see you again!
LUELLA: Well, today's the day.
MILDRED: How are your friends? And perhaps your dark angel has something to say about seeing me again?
LUELLA: They're comforting their friend Sybil because she has had a horrible day - it's been six months and she's coping with going out with her friends again. She hit her support worker in the leg!
MILDRED: Oh no!
LUELLA: She's learnt her lesson, right?
MILDRED: Of course she has. Were you right?
LUELLA: I'm right.
MAUD: Oh hey Luella, how's things?
MILDRED: WHAT?!
MAUD: Sorry, Mildred.
MILDRED: Why am I surrounded by idiots? You have to be excited, Luella is back!
MAUD: Hey, Luella, how very nice to see you.
ENID: And to think fans missed me because I went to the race due to my super fast powers. I'm actually still with Mildred and Maud.
MILDRED: How's about we come over to my place and chill out, maybe binge watch The Worst Witch on BBC iPlayer?
LUELLA: That's what I live for! Yeah, let's go!

Dog Loves Hey Duggee

I honestly thought today's Dog Loves Books episode, Dog Loves Puzzles, will reveal Dog's love for bone marrow on pizza just like in Dog Loves Fairytales, but I found out this episode is similar to an episode of Hey Duggee, what with Dog and Pug playing games and solving puzzles like the Squirrels in an episode of Hey Duggee. It would be much better if Granny Pug handed Dog and Pug a Puzzle Badge, then it'll be complete! Click the link below to see episodes of Hey Duggee and Dog Loves Books:
