It's time for bed, so here's a story about how to celebrate a toy lion's birthday, with the help of a cute little teddy named Snuggle.

You won't believe how they sell snacks at Disney Parks - like Minnie's Bake Shop for instance, hand-made by Mickey's love-of-his-life and on the house, straight from her bakery. Find out more by clicking the link below:

My Cat Is An Alien

Have you ever seen My Parents Are Aliens? I've seen bits of them on CiTV, but what you might be wondering is if your cat is displaying alien-like behaviour around the house. This cute little cat cousin of Molang the rabbit, Pusheen, will show you if all cats are secretly aliens. Might yours be an alien?

Calming Down After Seeing Something Scary

I've just seen something scary and unsettling on the internet, and you might've too, so I'm going to give my top tips on how to cope when you've seen something scary on TV or on the internet. Through these simple activities, you can be reassured there's nothing, absolutely nothing, to worry about.
  • Take deep, slow breaths. Try some steady deep breathing exercises and take things nice and slow until the scary thing you've seen comes out of your head.
  • Take a bath with lavender. Lavender is quite a calming fragrance, it clears away all fearful things and takes stress away - try to hum a gentle song to yourself as you take your bath, but please, don't end up shaking and shivering!
  • Do animal yoga. Get in touch with your inner beast and tame the lion within. Go outside and do it if you've seen something even scarier than your aunt's underwear.
  • Do some watercolour painting. What better way to turn your scary thought into a beautiful one by painting with water and...well, colours! Try some water lilies, or a picture of a deer out in a field - it always works for me.
  • Watch something nice. Hey! I know a lot of nice things to watch on iPlayer. Calm down with the tranquil and crazy world of In The Night Garden, or everyone's favourite quiet time remedy from CBBC: Scream Street, of course!
  • Sing a silly song. Sing one you've made up yourself, or just sing a funny or comedic song you find satisfying.
  • Think of something big and fierce chasing the scary thing away. I always think of a lion growing bigger and bigger, until it's almost as big as Clifford the Big Red Dog, and ROARS loudly to make the scary thing you've seen run away!
  • Make a smoothie. If the scary something has put you off food and drink for a while, why not make these revitalizing strawberry and banana smoothies - they'll wash away the scary thing with a little sip just like the tidal wave of wee in the South Park episode Pee - I mean, no offence if this puts you off your drink.
  • Try a CBeebies craft. If you're into Moon & Me and its lovely storybook gentleness, from its princess stories to nursery rhyme retellings featuring the little toy house gang, try making this soothing moon mobile.
  • Or, just get these calming tips!
And remember, if you're online and you experience something that makes you feel uncomfortable, tell an adult right away.

Attention Scream Street Fans!

Don't listen to CBBC, Scream Street fans, it's racist, hateful and takes no prisoners, especially when it comes to monsters living in the safety of G.H.O.U.L. To escape the chaos of its other programmes, relax and unwind with your monster friends:
