Today we're thinking about dancing and board games, starting with a selection of fun dance games to help get your kids up and moving. You can either pick one or two games, but before you do that learn an African dance in five minutes - my favourite kind of dance. Work off all the dance fun by playing a board game like the chess game Bluey and Bingo played with Bandit in the episode - here's a nice selection, including a foxy whodunnit game I like the sound of.
