Snoopy's Letter To Apple+
When Snoopy saw the news that the Peanuts specials will no longer air on Charlie Brown's computer, he sat on the top of his kennel and typed away:
"Dear Apple+,
Please don't let the Peanuts specials not air on TV. America needs me and Charlie Brown as much as the whole world needs them, and without me and my friends, there's no such thing as Christmas, or Halloween, or Thanksgiving. For years, people have been warmed by the antics of the kids on my street, and without us, there wouldn't be a new generation who loved a dog like me. Through the years, we've shown children and their families that Halloween isn't just about trick-or-treating, Thanksgiving isn't about food and Christmas isn't just about presents - it's about spending it with your friends and family, no matter how many accidents you experience like my owner. We have represented friendship, loyalty and love for years now, like Winnie The Pooh, and we have brought a smile on every person's face. My kid friends have remained in my heart, and everyone's hearts, for years...please, give a little and let the Peanuts specials air on TV again, or I'll send the Red Baron on you.
Thank you.
Love,
Snoopy."
#YourFriendsNeedYou
Whilst taking a nap I had a strange dream concerning my love for Scream Street which kind of felt like the scene with Kala and Tarzan in Disney's Tarzan. You see, I was sitting alone in a pool of water near an empty beach naked while staring at my reflection, and my calm inner voice, which sounded like the narrator from Creeped Out, was telling me: "Your friends need you, Sybil. Their leaving is painful but you must keep them close to your heart forever. Close your eyes. Now forget what you see. What do you feel?" There was a long pause for a minute, and then she continued: "Water. Water is your heart, and their hearts. With your hearts intertwined, you will become one." I then saw myself swimming in the pool, looking up at the liquidy sky. It was so calm and serene, and full of deep down Halloween encouragement.
