Sraid Nan Sgread Smaoinich An Latha - An Taigh Sgreadaidh

Cuiridh mi geall gu bheil a h-uile duine air Sràid Scream a ’còrdadh ri bhith a’ strì, nam measg Luke, Resus agus Cleo - gu dearbh, chuir Cleo strìochag air No Name ann an ‘Bad Blood’, ach smaoinich air strìochag Luke, Resus agus Cleo uile aig an aon àm! Smaoinich air an seo: bhiodh tu a ’toirt air falbh brògan is stocainnean Resus agus Luke, ag amas air iteag gu casan agus a’ cuir air falbh fuaimean an gàire. Tha an aon rud a ’dol gu Cleo cuideachd, ach às aonais na stocainnean agus na brògan a dh’ fheumas a thoirt dheth. Is e Resus a bhiodh a ’gàireachdainn as àirde, gu h-àraidh air sgàth gu bheil craiceann mothachail aige, no is dòcha fhathast, casan mothachail. Cuimhnich gum bi deasbad mu chasg air Tbh? Uill, chan eil tickling a-muigh. Tha tiogaid a-staigh! Agus is dòcha ma bha thu a ’strì ri Dig an cù, is dòcha gun rolladh e a-steach ann am meas, agus airson Lulu an leech, bhiodh i a’ gàireachdainn anns na tònan aige agus a ’dol a-null mar Dig. A-nis, dìreach smaoinich air cràdh tickle gu Sir Otto Sneer, Dixon agus No Name - bhiodh tu gan glacadh ann an seòmar, a ’gleusadh an casan rùisgte agus ag èisteachd riutha (ach a-mhàin gun ainm oir chan eil aodann aige) a’ gàireachdainn gus am bi deòir a ’sruthadh sìos an aghaidh agus tha iad a ’guidhe agus ag iarraidh ort stad. A-nis is e sin an seòrsa peanas a bheireadh tu dha Sir Otto airson a bhith uamhasach don h-uile duine air Sràid Scream. Chì mi a-nis e: chaidh Otto, Dixon agus No Name a cheangal ris a ’bhalla, na brògan agus na stocainnean aca air an tilgeil dheth agus mise a’ cuir strìochag orra le itean gus am bi an cràdh neo-sheasmhach dhaibh. Nam b ’urrainn dhut strìochag a thoirt dha neach-còmhnaidh sam bith eile air an t-sràid, tha eagal orm gun tigeadh bileag rabhaidh do gach fear, oir dh’ fhaodadh cuid a bhith cunnartach, mar na gobhanan mar eisimpleir - iadsan agus na farts aca, chan urrainn dhut strìochag a dhèanamh air goblin farting . Ach is e Luke, Resus agus Cleo an luchd-còmhnaidh as fheàrr bho Scream Street as urrainn dhut strìochag a dhèanamh, oir nam biodh uilebheist ann a tha dèidheil air a bhith a ’gleusadh - y’know, an uilebheist tickle - am biodh e a’ fuireach air Sràid Scream? Tha e an urra riut fhèin. Ach, b ’fheàrr le Luke, Resus agus Cleo a bhith a’ cumail sùil a-mach, oir is e mise a bhios a ’cuir strìochag orra an ath rud!

I.B.F.F Diaries '17 - 1st March 2017 - Time Munches On!

On the 1st of March, Mildred found out about her magical heritage, but what happened before this episode aired? Well with I.B.F.F Diaries '17, we'll find out what exactly goes into the mixture...

Mildred and Luella find a magic stopwatch that can stop anything at any time. Despite Mildred's protests, Luella stops everyone, including Danger Mouse, Shaun The Sheep, Ben Shires and she even stops Just Kidding - literally - by pausing instead of using the magic watch, which delights everyone on CBBC. Mildred has to start everything up again, and everyone groans when Just Kidding is put back on, even viewers' delight is short lived.

What Mildred and Luella don't know is that with one hard click, the watch can take them back in time. Both click too hard and they are transported back into 1974, when the first ever Worst Witch book is published. They get a chance encounter with Jill Murphy in her house, and they and the readers learn about her books and life for educational effect, with Mildred believing her whole life was thought up by the author of Five Minutes' Peace, which also appeared as a bedtime story for CBeebies. Mildred and Luella also laugh at the fact that she got to publish a book based on toddler tantrums, a reference to her book 'Meltdown'.

However, since Luella found out that Scream Street was published a few decades after The Worst Witch was published, she begins to slowly fade away. Mildred tells Luella that Tommy Donbavand, the author of Scream Street, was born in 1967, a few years before she appeared, and people had to wait for a long time until Scream Street was published as a book series in 2008. After worrying a little, Mildred realizes that clicking on the button on the watch lightly will take them back to the present day, and both click, transporting them back to the present day.

Luella is back to normal again, and she and Mildred discuss the after school clubs at Cackles' - cooking lessons, night walks, flying lessons, spellbook classes and the Black Cat Appreciation Club. Mildred spreads out the five posters on her desks and asks Luella which club they choose to attend together. Luella suggest trying spellbook classes, as she keeps getting spells wrong, but Mildred would rather attend flying lessons because she is trying how to pilot her broomstick. Both decide to attend classes together, but Flying Lessons are on Wednesdays, and Spellbook Classes are on Thursdays. Luella thinks she may need to ask her aunt Eefa's permission if she wants to join the clubs at Cackles', but Mildred reminds Luella "You can, but it's Wednesday. Tonight, I'm going to try Flying Lessons. Want to come?" "Anything for a ride on a broomstick together. Remember what happened in the third episode of your show?" After a flashback to the third episode of The Worst Witch where everyone bumps into each other on their broomsticks, the two laugh hysterically and agree to enroll in the after school clubs, as they are much better than going back in time with a magic watch - but Mildred adds that they may have to use the watch to stop Miss Hardbroom so they can join the classes.

Later that night, Luella and Mildred are attending Flying Lessons at Cackles. They happen to obeying the flying rules quite easily, first flying in formation with the other witches, and then doing more than that, twisting and turning and doing epic loop-the-loops. "Woohoo! This is fun!" screams Luella, "I wish Resus were there to see this!" "Don't worry, Maud and the others have got us covered," says Mildred, and the two hold on tight to the broomstick they're sharing, and when they fly over CBBC, Mildred collects a star and brings it down to earth so that she can let Luella take it back to the emporium at Scream Street.

Scream Street Thought Of The Day - Zoo Of The Weird

Dig and Lulu - where would we be without them? They're Scream Street's resident pets who have absolutely anything to do with the street and the residents themselves. Anything, you say? Well for one, Lulu the leech is a housepet so she deserves attention and love by the vampires who take care of her, including her best owner, Resus Negative. She has a collar, but not Dig. And speaking of Dig, I'm pleased to let you in on a home truth: Dig is a stray. Who on Scream Street owns him? Promotional material stated that Doug kept Dig, but since he has no collar he wanders around the street eating things that come out of his other end and weeing exposed wee to mark his territory. There are short animated skits on the CBBC website that have Dig and Lulu as main characters, and are dialogue free apart from Lulu's hisses, Dig's wuffing and parts of Doug. And why in today's episode did they have an advert put up by Miss Carla Black? She should be banned from the series, you know, and so must adverts, as adverts pop up a lot in CBBC's annoying show Diddy TV - and boy, do I hate them! Sponsorship's okay, but adverts are not my taste, and the residents of Scream Street totally agree with me. Back to Dig and Lulu. Dig, since he is a half dog, has one end of a normal dog and one end of a dog skeleton, whilst her pal Lulu is a domestic pet who slithers around with no eyes, hissing and drinking blood out of a food bowl. Sounds weird? And as I was talking earlier about banning fake adverts from CBBC, since they are annoying at all, the 'Join In' song from CBBC has this verse:
"No brands - now what does that mean?
We couldn't care less who designed your jeans!
No logos, no big name brands
Or we won't show your video in TV land."
BUT! They totally disobeyed the rule and popped fake adverts in comedy shows like Diddy TV. Okay, back to Dig and Lulu - if they talked, the residents of Scream Street would finally be able to understand what they're saying, and sell money to homeless residents, like the homeless goblin who got rich thanks to Sir Otto Sneer getting struck by one of Carla Black's bullets. So kids, where's the homeless goblin now? Well all we have to thank is Dig and Lulu, I wish they looked up to me, if they did, I truly would be an animal tamer.

Minding For Bubbles [First Half Only]

Did you know the I.B.F.Fs can appear anywhere? That's what the tagline for future I.B.F.F stories says:
"They're heaps of fun.
They can appear anywhere.
And they're every autistic person's best friends!"
This is proved in the story 'Minding For Bubbles'. I've just written the first half, but I promise I will do the next few bits when I have time. In the meantime, you can see it by clicking on the link below:
