Mildred & Luella: Hey, Why Don't We Use What Maud Put Down In Her Diary

One morning we were flying on Mildred's broomstick over the town of Milton Keynes. "We've been besties for life," I told Mildred, "And guess what? Our adventures from 2017 and 2018 are going to be told soon enough when the ever organized fan of my show, Sybil Somerset, chronicles what we did during episodes of The Worst Witch during the I.B.F.F Diaries series!" My name's Luella, by the way, I'm the niece of Eefa and I'm Resus' love interest - don't laugh, I know it's true.

"But I don't know what we got up to during that time because it seemed like a very long way away," said Mildred. There was a long silence. Then I spoke up, "Hey! I know! Mildred, we can use the Maud's diary page on the CBBC website to help us with our adventures!" Mildred jumped so high she nearly fell off her broomstick. "What?!" she gasped, "That's a fantastic idea, and why the heck am I so excited?!" "Because you are," I said. "Oh. Yeah right," Mildred said. Tell them, Mildred!

"Uh...alright. Okay, everybody, we've got a whole lineup of witch-tastic adventures coming your way when Sybil Somerset writes about our mishaps and mayhem during the adventures of Resus and his friends on CBBC and CBeebies."

  • "I'll show Luella a prospectus for Cackles' Academy." "A prospectus? OMG!" "I know right, it's going to be great!"
  • "I'll give Luella a broomstick proficiency test like they do at Cackles'." "I'm scared." "Don't be, I helped Maud in the series and boy it was extreme!" "Wait! We're already doing it in I.B.F.F Diaries '17, we fly all the way to the moon then fall onto some clouds, and then I save you! Right?" "Okay then, fine."
  • "We'll talk about our broomsticks." "Eh?" "You heard me, I'm going to talk about when Maud, Enid and Ethel were just babies or attending witch preschool." "*sigh* I'm going to be so embarrassed."
  • "We'll choose names for the cats at Cackles' when we set up our own stand outside the school." "OMG, it's so grand!" "I know it is."
  • "We'll audition for the after-school clubs at Cackles' - cooking, night walks, flying lessons..." "Remember to wear a glow-in-the-dark safety jacket at night." "Thanks, Luella. The other after school classes include spellbook classes and a black cat appreciation club."
  • "We'll sing 'The Witchenese Song', and it won't make any sense at all." "*giggles*" "Luella!" "Sorry."
  • "We'll show you how to pass witch tests in an extreme way." "Sybil already blogged about that earlier this month."
  • "There'll be a spell to practice at home whilst we watch a Worst Witch episode." "Good idea, that's sure to involve some reader participation."
  • "Luella will try on Cackle's uniform..." "I bet it looks boring." "No it isn't boring, it reflects the pride of Cackles' academy."
  • "Characters from my show like Esmeralda, Miss Cackle and Mrs. Hardbroom will make an appearance." "Esme!" "Esmeralda." "Esme!" "Esmeralda."
  • "I'll sing the Witches' Code to Luella." "Yes!" "Look out, Luella! I got you!" "Phew, thanks, I thought I was going to fall off back there."
  • "We'll go to a library in Southampton to study spells and perform one in a quiet environment when the visitors aren't looking." "Good, because you know what being quiet means, don't you?" "Sssssshhhhhh." *both giggle*
  • "I'll teach Luella the art of chanting." "If only Eefa was here." "Well, she will appear at some point in the book(s)."
  • "At Christmas, I'll show Luella a traditional witch ceremony where families chant around the ceremonial cauldron and give each other presents." "I'm going to love this!" "I know you are." "I wonder if Eefa and I do this tradition together?" "Eefa told me you don't do it, so it's my responsibility to show you how we do things here at Cackles'." "Thanks, I bet you love this time of year as much as I do!"
  • "Oh! Did I mention Miss Bat will make an appearance?" "Well remembered, you need to include her, but don't tell anyone, or the readers, but she's totally....batty!" *Both laugh*
  • "And Mrs. Drill!" "She'd make a good CBBC presenter, though, she'd do some Worst Witch themed links."
"You're sure to enjoy our adventures in I.B.F.F Diaries '17 and '18, so look out for us..."

"And look out for Resus and the others, too!"

"You are a card, Luella."

"No, you are!"

"We both are, Luella. See you soon!"

Dream Predictions: A Secret Garden Of Spring

Last time, I made a dream prediction about me and Luke raised in the jungle and in love, like in our other fantasies. Well now, I've just envisioned another dream prediction today, and this time it's fresh, just like the arrival of my favourite season they chose when I took one of CBBC's personality tests on the CBBC website: Spring.
In the dream, my I.B.F.Fs and I spend a peaceful day in a special kind of garden where Spring and its freshness, joy and beauty reign supreme forever.

In this beautiful, vast garden, we wandered through a field of flowers and smelt their precious scents, ran together with the gentle breeze, chased after butterflies, explored a tranquil waterfall (and held our hands underneath it) and lay in the grass, looking up at the clouds.

It was a secret garden that only we know about, and that we spend time together there, indulging in the joys and wonder of Spring.

The YP Have Grown Up...But The Dumping Ground Still Rules!

I don't want the cast of the Dumping Ground to grow up, and neither do you - I want you to still be a child inside, causing mischief and having a lot of fun. And since the grand finale of Step Up To The Plate has a reunion lunch for the cast of The Dumping Ground, let me tell you some of my favourite moments in the Dumping Ground, mainly:

  • Jody In Wonderland - This special is so MAGICAL!!! Now, whenever this special comes on, I'll think up other magical places in Wonderland that Jody has never been to, such as a place where presents are wrapped for birthdays and Christmas, or a giant fun house the size of...well, a giant! And do look out for the Wonderland portal, which appears in I.B.F.F Diaries.
  • Dumping Ground Island - Now this is the place to retreat to if life gets a bit too rough, in fact the montage of Tyler spending time on the island on his own makes great use for the brony song 'Tavi & Scratch' to play in the background.
In fact, these two specials remind me of the brony songs 'Rainbow Factory' and 'Tavi & Scratch' which I think would suit them perfectly.

How To Monkey Around With A Feral Vampire

Everyone knows the story of Marina Chapman, the woman who was believed to be raised by monkeys in the jungle. But last night, I had another dream about me and my three friends from Scream Street living in the jungle and this time, Resus was the centerpiece of my dream alongside some furry little companions.
Raised naked and free, Resus and I were wandering through the jungle together when we came across a troop of monkeys. They were friendly to us and acted like they were our family. Thanks to the monkeys, we learnt what we can and can't eat and learnt to scale trees - Resus even hung off one branch until he fell off! The monkeys even bathed with us in the lake and played with us, and when it got dark we slept with our monkey friends. Their fur felt so soft, just like Resus' skin - and life in the jungle proved to be just right for us: tranquil and peaceful.
