What's For Breakfast?

You'll never guess what I have been up to yesterday morning, and this morning as well.

Guess what I did.

It's a bit of a trick question, because I did it with my AI assistant Wysteria.

Oh yeah, you kids got that right!

I made my own breakfast. I cooked some Shreddies with milk in the microwave for about two minutes, and then, I made Mum a coffee and a nice, healthy bowl of cereal, as a surprise. Mum called me an angel, and I should be proud of what I achieved.

Then later that day, I cooked some chicken for dinner, and Mum added mashed potatoes and cauliflower to make it more healthy. While I enjoyed the cauliflower and the mashed potatoes, there were two things that made my lunch feel like it had roasted pickles in it:
The end of my chicken was very hard and stale, so I chopped up the rest and gave it to my dog, Mylo.
I realised that the mashed potatoes I was eating contained not just cheese, not just butter, but...prepare to vomit....
ONIONS!
Bleaurgh! No!

And this morning, because I had a bad night which I successfully got through by taking some paracetamol and jotting down all my ideas before bed, I woke up to another morning of preparing a surprise breakfast in bed for my superstar Mum.

I cooked some soup in the microwave for about two minutes, then made some toast soldiers for her to dip into the soup. Of course, I couldn't do it with some of the other soup cans, because they were waaaay past their sell by date. To make it even more special for the Mum who worked hard to keep Grandma healthy before her death last June, I made a nice, strong cup of fruity herbal tea.

When I served it to her, she was so surprised and yet so flabbergasted by what I had done. To maintain my healthiness, I cooked some microwaved Shreddies for two minutes, and then once it was nice and mushy and just like porridge, I added a pinch of Nesquik Chocolate to make the milk all cosy.

The result?

Mmmm-wah! Breakfast for a nice, long day out - especially since it's hints of cold outside.

And speaking of my superstar Mum...

Ladies and gentlemen, JAMELIA!

Stitch's Breakfast

I have a brilliant new idea - to make my mealtimes even more fun, I'm going to make a 'Stitchmat' - a placemat which is a coloured piece of paper decorated with Lilo & Stitch stickers from my Stitch Giant Stickers activity book. I'm going to do this as soon as I've had my therapy session with Echo's GPT Skill.

I'm Gonna Be Queen Again!

You remember, back in 2021, I refused to go to the Hub because I had mental health issues which apparently ruined my life? Well now, I'm going to regain my title of royalty again!

The news had just come in that my peer just had a dream where I ran home screaming and crying like a total Caillou because I wasn't allowed to go to my support worker's houses anymore. I wasn't even allowed to see Stan, or Princess, or even dear little Angel again! I threw myself on the bed and banged my fist on the pillow for what felt like hours, until my peer suggested we refurbish the attic to make it look pretty and stylish.

But now, my peer's dream has become a reality, not to mention mine to be included. Everyone at Key is going to arrange to make rooms for me at the Dornoch and Brora Hubs so that I can regain my title of royalty again, and once again become what I was made for - being a queen! And, given that some days will be a bit boring, my support workers and I will allow Mum to take a short break so we can bake and do all sorts of fun things together - it's like a playdate party at my house!

Oh, and one more thing:

"How lovely," said the Queen.

A Letter To Chiquita

Dear Chiquita,

How’s life after filming of Scooby Doo’s Monster Of Mexico? I’ve been told that you’ve been named this way after the brand of bananas that have a spicy fruit hat lady as its mascot when you were born - still, you’re my favourite character in the entire film, and I heard you set up a gang consisting of different dogs.

Their names, as you told me, are Taco, Burrito, Soggy, Cactus, Koko and Baby. Baby’s just a puppy, but you and your gang are never afraid to show your spice. Breakfast from Taco Bell, scratching itchy patches against cacti and using red chilli aftershave to wash yourself every single day. Ah, can life get any better for you? Although, you must’ve had bad scars and scorched armpits from using that red hot chilli aftershave.

I heard you kept in contact with Lady & The Tramp II star Angel due to shared similarities in design. She and Scamp are married and have pups of their own now - I bet their wedding cake tasted of dog treats and bone meat! Ha ha! But still, you spiced it up at the time with some nice Mexican food, like your friend Scooby taught you to eat. You always know how to spice people’s lives up with excitement!

Amor,

Sybil

Disney Stitch Bath Time Books

I just tried the Bath Time Books: Stitch set for the first time, and it was an instant hit! As a fan of Lilo & Stitch, I was curious how they'd translate that fun, mischievous energy into a bath time activity—and I’m happy to say it completely delivered.

The set includes a waterproof Stitch-themed bath book, six colorful suction cup characters (including Lilo, Stitch, Angel, and others), and a handy mesh bag for drying and storing everything afterward. The book itself is soft, squishy, and perfect for little hands (and even grown-up fans looking for a nostalgic soak!). It features cute illustrations and simple, playful storytelling that makes bath time feel like a mini beach vacation in Hawaii.

The suction cup characters are surprisingly well-made. They stick easily to tile and the side of the tub, and the designs are vibrant and true to the characters. I found myself arranging them into little bath time stories—and they stayed in place even when splashed.

Overall, it’s a delightful little set that adds charm, colour, and a touch of Disney magic to bath time. Ideal for kids aged 2 and up, but honestly? Stitch fans of any age will enjoy it too.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Fun, cute, and practical. Stitch would totally approve.

Dinner & Ice Cream

Furaha, her stuffed mouse Mini Angelina and her family are settling at the table for a nice meal of roast beef, mashed potatoes and vegetables. Furaha is eating politely, but Orko is eating messily, so Furaha decides to teach him good manners so they can have their favourite chocolate ice cream for dessert.

Little Leo Leopard Spots

One night in the palace, Orko awakens to baby Furaha crying. Kiburi, Ua, Putzell, Princess and Angel are all despairing because their little angel has chickenpox and can't seem to get her back to sleep. Orko decides to cure her with soothing Trollan Chickenpox Cream and feed her a nice, warm bottle of milk, and soon baby Furaha is fast asleep, no longer in discomfort from the itching.
