Scream Street For Grownups

I've a new story announcement, but this one's for much older readers and fans of Scream Street: Scream Street For Grownups. I'm doing the story on November 19th, and will be set a few years after the events of the series. A remake of the very first episode of the show, the story tells of a now 23-year-old Luke Watson as he wins a radio competition and gets three tickets for the Brain Drain concert, but has to clean his room again. He tries to invite Resus, Cleo, Luella, Six and Doug to the concert, but they've abandoned him to start their new lives. Now Luke must foil Otto's evil plan by himself.

The story will contain all the aspects of adult life in Scream Street, such as pot-smoking zombies, witches making out with vampires and Lulu and Dig having type two diabetes and needing a new kidney. Warning: it won't be for kids, so read with caution!

Scream Street For Grownups. Coming November 19th!

The New Scream Street Inspired Me...

I'm glad to say that the new episodes of Scream Street have inspired more I.B.F.Fs shorts in the last few days, even though two of the episodes make me think of love-making and birth, the shorts that were inspired by the episodes that aired in the last five days include:
  • I.B.F.Fs: Forest Friends
  • I.B.F.Fs: Freak Spa
  • I.B.F.Fs & The Trampoline
  • I.B.F.Fs: Thermal Conditioning
And last but not least, a short inspired by what the Scream Street episode 'Double Trouble' makes me think of - birth - named I.B.F.Fs: A Literal Mummy. Here, the I.B.F.Fs and I play at being doctors and nurses, helping Cleo give birth to a bandaged baby and giving her classes the next day to understand the importance of being a mother. I think it may be also inspired by the Bluey episode 'Early Baby' too, because I understand why parents need to give birth.

I Miss You, Luke....

"Friends are all that matters,
But I'm not doing The 'Hood,
Because it can be hard
When you lose your friends..."

I'm not doing new episodes of The 'Hood because I found it hard to let go of my friends Luke, Resus and Cleo. I'm going to keep them so dear to my heart that I'll do only one work every Monday-Friday. And from now on, I'm going to call my vanity card Little Kippers to avoid confusion with Hallmark's greetings cards and after Mick Inkpen's Little Kipper books. Don't worry, I'll still keep the fox. I've made a vanity card after Family Guy creator Seth McFarlene did with 'Fuzzy Door', but until Scream Street comes back, I've got a lot to remember them by, such as books, Prime Video and recordings. I won't forget you, Luke, Resus & Cleo!
