The Big Pandas

On times when the air was crisp and the scent of freshly grown bamboo filled the air, little Tin Tin would go and visit the bigger pandas with her panda cub best friend Princess and her giant panda mother, Kieura.

Now, the pandas here never had a care about anything in the world, not even all the work they provided to bring food and shelter to their own little ones. They just napped and cuddled, and even their little ones did the same. And for one reason and one reason only, Tin Tin loved them to bits.

All of them.

Not only did she play with Princess most of the time, but she also had the chance to play with the other little pandas who were tumbling around and squealing with squeaky teddy bear laughter. In fact, the pandas were like teddy bears, only alive and much more fluffier than anyone expected.

As for the bigger pandas themselves, they were much gentler and cuddlier than her mother Kieura. They felt like giant, soft black and white beds. When Tin Tin felt tired and she needed to rest her weary 3 year old bones, she would climb on top of the leader of the group - the biggest panda, named Ola - with Princess by her side.

Safe and warm on Ola's giant furry fluffy tummy, totally worn out, Tin Tin, Princess and all the other big pandas would nod off straight to sleep in no time at all.
