Hi, it's Simba here! It's true what they say you know: love DOES make the world go round. Especially when my friend has a new support worker. And that's how she came to adopt me. I'm Kimba the White Lion, but seriously, I need to tell my story.
It all started when my friend was going out with her two support workers to get a brownie and mug of cocoa to drink. Of course, it was the noisy farm, but she didn't get out of the car. At least she saw two donkeys, that's what she told me. The brownie inside was a surprise: it was a REINDEER BROWNIE! With pretzels for antlers and candy for the eyes and mouth, my friend ate the reindeer's face as quick as you could say Hakuna Matata backwards. Smart!
Then they went into the big city, where the new support worker stayed with her in the car while the other support worker bought me and some pens. All the while, I heard my friend tell her support worker about her cats. Their names were Aslan and, would you believe it, SIMBA! That's MY name too! After this, we went for a drive around the big city. I saw a lot of interesting shops - and a huge candy stand with cotton candy! While we drove to the pizza place, my friend was delighted to see a helicopter fly back to the hospital in case of an emergency. Staying in the car was just the same for being at Aldi too. The Aldi catalogue had a lavish selection of turkeys and hams to eat, and I wished I was alive to eat them - much better than bugs!
Finally, we reached the pizza place, and boy was I sniffing the air as the three friends went to take their order. When they got out of the car, I was really worried, because I thought they were going to the postbox. My friend was whining that it was a long way, but instead they went to get their food! My friend had only eaten her chicken strippers and pizza, and her belly would've burst, so she stopped.
Now, I wait to be painted, singing my woes:
