A Joke About A Trampoline

Q: What is a trampoline's favourite time of the year?

A: Spring!

Tin Tin's Dress

Tin Tin is wearing a new blue and yellow dress for International Rescue's relaxing day on the beach, and she playfully reminds me that she doesn't want it spoilt, no matter what. But after Brains, Alan and I bombard her with various antics involving seawater, sand from building sandcastles and ice cream, a playful chase begins with lots of tickling, squealing and laughter.

Beach Snuggles

Alan and Tin Tin want to share a romantic moment on the beaches of Tracy Island, but my toddler self wants to play with them. Immediately, they give in and start to play with me in a moment of joy and happiness in Summer, splashing in the ocean and burying Alan up to his neck in sand.

Summer Favourites

Target's Sun Squad Silicone Drink Pouches

I just tried the Sun Squad Silicone Drink Pouches from Target for the first time, and I’m genuinely surprised by how fun and functional they are! These colorful little pouches turned my ordinary drinks into a party. First of all, the colors are gorgeous—a perfect pastel mix of blue, pink, mint, and yellow. They instantly brightened up my kitchen counter and made me feel like I was at a summer picnic.

They’re soft, flexible, and stand up on their own once filled. I tried pouring juice and even a homemade smoothie into one, and the wide opening made it super easy—no mess at all. The straws are sturdy and match the pouch colors, which is such a cute touch. Also, they seal really well. I tipped one over accidentally and not a drop leaked out.

What I love most is how reusable and eco-friendly they are. No more tossing out juice boxes or plastic bottles. After I was done, a quick rinse with warm soapy water was all it took to clean them.

I can already see myself using these all summer—on picnics, beach days, or just lounging in the backyard. If you’re looking for a practical yet cheerful way to enjoy your drinks, I totally recommend these pouches. Bonus: they make hydration feel a lot more fun!

Ice Cream Suncream

Ice Cream Suncream is simply delightful! The idea of Furaha and Orko playfully decorating themselves with ice cream-scented suncream is both whimsical and charming—it captures that carefree joy of a beach day so perfectly. I can just imagine their laughter as they swirl patterns on their fur and robes, turning themselves into walking, talking desserts!

And Optimus, ever the responsible one, probably sees this as a practical solution—sunscreen and fun all in one! The scent of vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry drifting through the sea air must make the whole beach smell like a sweet summer dream.

Summer/Winter/Future - Music

This piece of music is divided into four parts - the first part, which sees Furaha and Orko playing ping pong while Optimus prepares dinner, has a light and bouncy rhythm to it, with boinging sounds and tickly xylophone rhythms, but when they take the soup with added NyQuil Energon, an eerie orchestral rise signalises they're collapsing. The second part has sleigh bells and a Christmassy feel to demonstrate it's Winter, but then tribal drums enter and the music goes fast when the snowball crashes into the trio and causes the inside of their garage to freeze over. The third part is a bit more gentle and features flutes, violins and bongo drums to represent Summer, until technological bleeps and bloops lead us into the fourth part, which is made up entirely of futuristic musical sounds done on a synth. The music concludes with, when Furaha and her friends are sailing on a sea of letters, a sad, emotional oboe piece that represents loss and loneliness.
