Inspired by tonight's new episode of the Clangers, 'Top Hat', I'm making a new, chaptered I.B.F.F story, 'Tiny's Top Hat Adventure'. It'll feature the same top hat world Tiny discovered in the episode, but this time Tiny and I find the hat at a charity shop, where we are told it has magical powers. The other I.B.F.Fs don't believe us, but when Tiny and I leap inside the hat and end up in the top hat world, that's when the fun starts. In each hat we are transported to a different land, where we use imagination, song and different methods of storytelling including folk, fairy, modern and world to create new stories and rhymes, give readers lectures on different authors, artists and their paintings, world culture and stories from around the world and create imagery that'll stimulate the mind. Some worlds are patterned and are played out like scenes in Fantasia, some are places around the world, some are inspired by famous paintings and stories and some are fantasy worlds which tell a new story and give Tiny and I a new lecture. This book may be influenced by Fantasia, Donald In Mathmagic Land and Epcot's Journey Into Imagination, like I.B.F.Fs & The Secret Door, and with every time the Clangers episode 'Top Hat' airs on CBeebies, I'm going to do this imaginative journey, featuring more than two worlds featuring blobs and glowing neon jungle imagery featuring butterflies and plants. In two Wednesdays, I'll start the story, and tune into CBeebies during that night's Bedtime!
