Leona The Unicorn Fairy: Too Similar To Penny The Pony Fairy...

Leona the Unicorn Fairy by Daisy Meadows
My rating: 2 of 5 stars

Stopped reading midway through.

Found some key similarities between Leona and Penny - how the opening with the horse riders is too similar.

Switching to a different Rainbow Magic book, not reading any book that rips off another.

One Christmas Eve: A Review

One Christmas Eve: A brand-new picture book about Percy the Park Keeper for 2026. The perfect Christmas gift for toddlers and kids aged 3+ by Nick Butterworth
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

It was a charming story!

My favourite part of the entire book was the full spread page illustration of Percy and his friends riding in Father Christmas' sleigh, one squirrel dangerously on those...thingies that Santa uses to safely land his sleigh!

Would definitely read it again.
