Dreamland Map

  • Sketch Your Dream Neighbourhood
    – Before pajamas, grab a small sheet of paper and crayons.
    – Draw a simple map of today’s “adventure” spots:

    • Launchpad (your bed): where every night’s journey begins.

    • Secret Treehouse (your reading nook or favorite blanket fort): your cozy storytelling corner.

    • Picnic Grove (snack spot): maybe the bedside table with a small water cup or bedtime snack.

    • Moonlit Meadow (the floor space beside your bed): where you’ll place a night-light or toy as a “guide.”

  • Tuck It Under Your Pillow
    – Fold your map once or twice and slip it under your pillow.
    – Explain that Parker (or any small toy car/figure) will “park” at the launchpad to keep you safe on your dream flight.

  • Say Goodnight Like Lady Penelope
    – Whisper a gentle “Goodnight, darling,” or “Sweet dreams, mate,” imagining Lady Penelope’s kind voice.
    – Give a soft “moonbeam hug” to your favorite toy—just as Lunar’s two mums share hugs—to carry that love into your dreams.

  • Follow Your Map in Dreamland
    – As you drift off, picture yourself visiting each spot in your map: climbing into the treehouse, having a mini picnic, exploring the moonlit meadow.
    – In the morning, pull out your map and share one thing you “visited” in your dreams.

  • For Little Cocomelon Zombies....

  • Hydration Hero

    • Sip a little water (add a slice of lemon or a few berries if you like) to wake up your body from the inside out.

  • Power Snack

    • Munch on a small, balanced snack—think apple slices with peanut butter, a handful of nuts with raisins, or baby carrots and cheese cubes. It’s like giving your super suit fresh fuel!

  • Stretch and Soar

    • Stand up and reach your arms high, as if you’re flying over the city.

    • Roll your shoulders back, wiggle your fingers, and touch your toes. Five deep breaths in and out—imagine you’re inhaling starlight and exhaling sparkles.

  • Two-Minute Dance Party

    • Put on your favorite upbeat tune (maybe a snippet of a song from a show you love) and dance just for two minutes. Tiny moves count—shake, wiggle, spin!

  • Cozy Corner Timeout

    • Find a soft blanket or your favorite stuffed friend.

    • Sit or lie down, close your eyes (or read a one-page picture book), and give yourself a little quiet cuddle for up to five minutes. Let your mind smile and rest.

  • Tea Party Break

🌈 “The Tiny Tea Party Trick” ☕🍓

When you feel like you're going to burst from frustration:

    1. Pause and Whisper: Say quietly to yourself, "I need a tiny tea party break."

    2. Set it up: Grab a little cup, your favourite snack (like a cracker or a strawberry), and a soft toy or figure you love.

    3. Invite your guest: Sit down with your toy and pretend you’re having a calm, fancy tea party together.

    4. Talk kindly: Tell your toy how you feel. Say, "I'm upset because..." and let them “listen” without interrupting.

    5. Sip, nibble, breathe: Take a slow sip or bite, take three deep “flower breaths” (in like you're smelling a flower, out like you’re blowing a leaf), and remind yourself: "I’m safe. I can feel better soon."

🌟 Why it works: It gives your brain a fun, quiet game to focus on while helping your feelings calm down gently—like a warm hug in your imagination. And your soft toy will be proud of you for being so brave. 💕
