For Little Cocomelon Zombies....

  • Hydration Hero

    • Sip a little water (add a slice of lemon or a few berries if you like) to wake up your body from the inside out.

  • Power Snack

    • Munch on a small, balanced snack—think apple slices with peanut butter, a handful of nuts with raisins, or baby carrots and cheese cubes. It’s like giving your super suit fresh fuel!

  • Stretch and Soar

    • Stand up and reach your arms high, as if you’re flying over the city.

    • Roll your shoulders back, wiggle your fingers, and touch your toes. Five deep breaths in and out—imagine you’re inhaling starlight and exhaling sparkles.

  • Two-Minute Dance Party

    • Put on your favorite upbeat tune (maybe a snippet of a song from a show you love) and dance just for two minutes. Tiny moves count—shake, wiggle, spin!

  • Cozy Corner Timeout

    • Find a soft blanket or your favorite stuffed friend.

    • Sit or lie down, close your eyes (or read a one-page picture book), and give yourself a little quiet cuddle for up to five minutes. Let your mind smile and rest.
