Me When I Get Excited

Diary Of A Wimpy Kid: The Bestseller

Now that I have my second Diary Of A Wimpy Kid journal, I'm going to turn it into a bestseller featuring illustrations from various animation studios and illustrators to demonstrate. I'll place a dot when I'm about to explain what also happened today. I'll use my Winnie The Pooh diary to record the best moments of my day...even when they turned out worst. This journal helps me explain in full detail my works, my feelings and all the things I love, an escape for when my neighbourhood gets too noisy. So, I'm doing 3, then 2 works in one day!

A Treat For Aussies!

From 5:50PM to 6:35PM next weekend, ABC Kids is airing a whole load of Bluey! And to celebrate, I'm going to list down the The 'Hood episodes that feature the episodes airing on that night's alternate titles, hand-picked by me.
Street Dancing:
The gang want to set up their own street dance crew in time for the neighbourhood dance party and get help from Mackenzie's mum, who is an expert street dancer back in the day.
Bluey's Magic Carpet:
Izzy and her mum go to the local furniture outlet and Izzy's too engaged in such fun with Bluey and Bingo, who have arrived with Mum and Dad to get some more furniture - they try out all the beds, turn on all the lamps and even trick Dad into thinking there's a ghost in the carpet section.
Light & Heavy:
The gang notice their strawberry smoothies are light and fluffy, which sets them about doing an experiment to see which things are light and which things are heavy with the help of Jeremiah's dad.
Video Games:
The boys are too engaged in Zombie Kickboxer on a playdate at Aunt Trixie and Uncle Stripe's house to play any real games with the other kids, who try to get them to snap out of their game console induced trance!
Messy Shampoo:
Izzy brings her messy bottle of shampoo to the swimming pool. There, she finds tons of uses for it besides washing her hair.
Men & Women:
The local men and women have an all out argument over gender stereotypes, so Calypso takes them to the park to help them settle their differences and see what makes them different to one another.
Dinnertime Deja Vu:
The gang confess about a fun day they had over dinnertime. As they do, the episode rewinds to the typical point in their day, whether at school, at home or someplace else in The 'Hood.
Good Morning:
Izzy prepares for her morning, and then goes on a walk across the neighbourhood to see how her friends get up in the morning and prepare for school or kindy.
Learn With Bingo:
Bingo hosts an educational video spoof teaching young viewers letters, colours, numbers and shapes - and a little math - while trying to teach them the most important lesson of all - sharing.
Dad Of The Jungle:
Izzy tells the story of a jungle man named Bandit who meets a sexy hot jungle woman named Chilli at an animal dance party. The two have two daughters, Bluey and Bingo, but one day fourteen young hunters arrive and make friends with the jungle man's children. This is a spoof of George Of The Jungle.
Parenthood Training:
What starts as boring PTA meetings at Izzy's school, Bluey's school and kindy turns into much more when Mother Goose, Calypso and Miss Retriever challenge the parents to a parenthood training course to determine if they're skilled enough to be better parents.
Blue Blue Choo Choo:
Izzy takes a train trip with her cousins Gabi, William, Ryan, Amy and Josh. It's Gabi's first time on a train, as is William's, so Izzy gets the help of Bluey and Bingo, who are on the train with Mum and Dad, to help them have a great time and play a game of I Spy.
War Child:
On a snowy day, the gang find out Rusty is deployed, and has traumatic war visions and worries during a snowball fight. The gang rally together to help Rusty live life as normal and, at Calypso's school and at home, he sticks to his new routine quite well.
Romantic Evening:
Izzy and Trafalgar are trying to spend a romantic evening in during their sleepover, without either Muffin or their babysitter Aunt Trixie disrupting them. They try to escape by indulging in fantasies including baking cookies and spending Christmas together!
Baby Steps:
The gang look through Bluey and Bingo's baby book and enjoy looking at old photos of the two Heelers when they were babies. When they find Bingo's old baby bootees, they decide to use foot painting to act out a baby's first steps, although Trafalgar isn't good at doing it!
Mum & Dad Go To The Theatre:
The gang are sleeping over at Uncle Stripe and Aunt Trixie's house while their parents are out for the night. They decide to re-enact an awesome trip to the city which they've taken last week using clothes from the dressing up box and setting up at theatre in Uncle Stripe and Aunt Trixie's bedroom. Muffin and Socks try to help, too, and they're an handful.
Tickle Toes:
The gang play at tickling each other in the creek and Izzy decides to pretend to be a monster who only tickles people's feet.
Stick With Imagination:
The gang indulge in their own separate fantasies - a tropical island for the big kids, a musical sensory place for Tiny and Small, a playful valley for Bluey and the little kids and a secluded beach for the grown ups. Something strange happens when the gang decide to combine their worlds together...
Some Guys Have All The Luck:
Izzy and Trafalgar are growing closer to one another, and while the boys figure out who to get Trafalgar to tell Izzy that he loves her, the girls wonder if the two are developing feelings as their love progresses. Even at school, they are wondering how to tell if they're really in love!
Royal Pudding:
It's Queen Izzy's birthday, and her royal servants attend her birthday party, bringing her lots of lovely presents...but the royal chef Mum is in the royal kitchen baking the birthday cake. Queen Izzy and her friends could do nothing but imagine eating AND wallowing in a giant birthday cake with white marzipan icing while they're waiting.

Wish Marbles

If I were to direct Scooby Doo: Abracadabra Doo, I'd add Wish Marbles. They're found in the magic school, and when you throw them on the floor and wish real hard, all your wishes come true before your eyes. I bet Scooby and Shaggy would wish for lots of Scooby Snacks. If Furaha got a hold of them, she'd use them to provide essentials for her family to help them out. If the I.B.F.Fs got their hands on the Wish Marbles, they can use them for whatever they want. If Leonardo got a hold of these marbles, he'd use their wishes to help his wolf family and the people in the village. Wish Marbles can be used anytime, anywhere, but only if you believe in magic. Do you believe? Good. Then you believe in Scooby Doo: Abracadabra Doo.

Arthur's Special Friends

Did you know that PBS Kids shows feature characters with disabilities? That's what makes them appeal to everyone from children to parents. Take Arthur for example, click the link below to find out what makes Arthur's friends special:

The 'Hood - Izzy's Cousins

To let The 'Hood appeal more to everyone, I'm adding some new characters into The 'Hood, starting with the Christmas episode, 'Give Them What They Want' - Izzy's cousins Gabi, William, Ryan, Amy and Josh. Gabi has autism, while William has down syndrome, and The 'Hood's Christmas episode will be about dealing with family members who have a mental illness. In the episode, Izzy goes with her mum, Uncle Stripe, Aunt Trixie, Muffin and Socks to her cousins and Aunt Melanie's house during a book drive for charity. There, Izzy plays with Muffin, Socks and her cousins and, with Aunt Melanie and Uncle Stripe's help, learns that two of her cousins need special care because of their disabilities, and that spending time with them helps make their Christmas extra special. For new episodes of The 'Hood I'm doing through the end of this month to November, I'm going to add the cousins into an episode of the same subject, except that we'll see Izzy, Muffin and Socks having a sleepover with the cousins and their babysitter, Gabi and William's support workers Tee and George. When I do the Christmas episode of The 'Hood and that later episode, you'll know that, like in PBS Kids shows like Clifford, Arthur and Dragon Tales, disabled people can feature in kids' shows too!
