GATOMON: These are the best pancakes ever, Furaha.
FURAHA: Where's dad?

FURAHA: I love you, dad!
WIZARDMON: I love you too, Furaha. I love both of you, equally.
GATOMON: Nothing can ever go wrong as long as we have each other.

Digital Confinement - Part 1: What Shall We Do Today?

Deep within a million spheres of light, there is the Digimon's white and gold computer/set top prison. All around are a collection of colourful building blocks. Agumon and his friends Gabumon, Biyomon, Tentomon, Palmon, Gomamon, Patamon and Gatomon are all bored. Yes, bored. And for the hundredth time, BORED! They just sat or lay there in silence, gazing up at the ceiling that seemed to go on forever. Agumon sat in the corner feeling his little scaly tummy rumble. “So, er….what do you want to do today, guys?” asked Agumon. “We could play Go Fish.” said Gatomon. “Nah, we don’t have any playing cards.” sighed Tentomon. “How about hide and seek?” asked Patamon. “There’s nowhere to hide.” said Biyomon, “Perhaps if you had a technological pen you could draw sofas and beds for us to hide under or behind.” “NONE!” cried Patamon. “Alright, not so loudly, you’re doing my head in,” said Tentomon. There was a long silence, save for the quiet beeping of buttons. Then Patamon had an idea. He bared his teeth and playfully growled, “I’m a Digimon, the most evil one in the world! I’m gonna kill you and have you for supper!”

Wizardmon's Child - Part 3: Snowy Night

“And when Winter winds blow freely in the Digital World, it was all the work of Frigimon, who made history by adopting the little Keenan as the first person from the outside world to join our world.” read Wizardmon to Gatomon as they stayed cosy and safe in their warmly lit living room. “What if you were to adopt an outsider?” asked Gatomon. “I’d be a good father to him. I’d feed him well and look after him, and teach him the ways of nature - the same way I taught you. I’d show him how to never listen to what other Digimon say about his appearance, because I will be the best father the Digital World has ever known.” “Then I’d have a little brother or sister!” cried Gatomon, clapping her paws excitedly. “You’d have a lot of responsibility taking care of her,” said Wizardmon, a smile under his scarf. He scruffled the top of Gatomon’s head, and she giggled innocently. Then he saw the clock on the wall - it was shaped like an otter lying in a circle shape. “Look at the time! We don’t want to stay up late now do we?” “Nah,” said Gatomon. “Come on, let’s go to bed.” Gatomon and Wizardmon snuggled safely in their cosy, soft bed that’s just big enough for two and surrounded by huge pillows and cushions, and soon, the two fell asleep to the lullaby of the howling Winter winds outside.
