Happiness don't always have to be about the boring process of writing until your hand hurts. It's about using something soft to help you - even if that something is a tiger.
You will need:
A flocked tiger/panther/lion/cheetah figure
An Amazon Echo or timer
Notebook or pen
Pawprint-shaped stencil
Hold the flocked cat figure close to your chest in a quiet room. Set a timer for ten minutes, then ask yourself this:
"What is my [name of wild cat] happy about today?"
Spend the next few minutes cuddling and stroking your chosen wild cat. When the timer beeps, stop the beeping and get out your notebook, pen and stencil.
Draw a giant pawprint using the similarly shaped stencil and then write what your tiger is happy about today in the base of the pawprint. In the toes, write down five major accomplishments or little things he noticed on that day.
And viola, a tiger has written down his happy things in your notebook! Okay, not an actual tiger, it's you pretending to be a tiger.
But who cares!
