I did some roleplay with Mum to get over my fear of going for my vaccination - and it worked pretty well.
I also saw two specials on CBBC - Jody In Wonderland, and a two-part Arthur special I'd forgotten about since Christmas 2018 - D.W. & The Beastly Birthday. It's a little confusing at first, but it's pretty awesome once you get used to it.
