Join Luke, Resus, Cleo, Dig, Lulu and me for a nice day in the park, having a picnic, reading a story, blowing bubbles and, just really, seeing a squirrel cook an Acorn Pie in his kitchen in the old oak tree!
Throughout Bluey, you've spotted some drawings that Bluey and Bingo have done that are pasted all over the house, like a picture of a dog monster destroying a town, or a picture of their house, or pictures of memories from 'Favourite Thing' or 'Camping'. When they get older, they can compile their artwork into a big scrapbook, and now you can do it too, for recycling purposes!
It's art time! Inspired by Disney's Fantasia, you too can use music as an art prompt. What you imagine using music can easily be drawn out on paper using paint, pencils and pens - like for instance Vivaldi's Four Seasons - Spring can make you imagine baby animals out in the Spring meadow, or A Night On Bald Mountain can make you envision a meteor destroying Aladar's island from Disney's Dinosaur. Whatever music suites your vision, make sure you think about what you're going to draw as you listen! Listen to the music down below:
What if you were to draw the illustrations of every Mr Men book Roger or Adam Hargreaves wrote? For children, it might be sloppy and crudely done, but for some adults, mainly wannabe comic book artists, it's so professional you just want to stop and stare. This is why I've found this activity on the Mr Men website, so you can draw using pencils and pens to bring the Mr Men to life yourself whether young or old.
