Unfortunately, due to Brora, I wasn't able to do today's thought. But now that I have it recorded, I'm going to do it anyway!
Luxury is soft, comfortable and indulgent. If you share it with Luke, Resus and Cleo, it becomes even better. The effects of luxury is quite relaxing, even to the senses. Everything luxurious you do is controlled in Scream Street in a way no one could possibly imagine - sensual and sensational, just as we like it. Lying on soft fabrics like cotton, silk, satin or velvet is an example, as sleeping on these soft fabrics mean a whole night of safe, luxurious comfort through the night, and if you sleep with Luke, Resus and Cleo, it gets better - Luke represents satin, Resus velvet and Cleo silk (why....'cause silk was invented in Egypt, why not?). Aaaaaahhhhh.....mmmmmmmmmm.....bliss. Epic bliss. You know what's even more epic and luxurious than that? Being surrounded in gentle, sweet smelling flowers like lavender and roses and daisies whilst you lie in a bath of milk. Milk is kind to skin, as skin needs to drink milk too, so it can maintain all the nutrients it needs to be softer and smoother, and bathing in milk is also what Cleo's Egyptian ancestors used in Queen Cleopatra's footsteps. It's nice to drink, too, but if you're a careless shampire you can't drink from a milk bath - or a normal bath for that matter, the other part of luxury is drinking fizzy champagne from a long glass whilst lounging in a velvet armchair. Of course, that's what you'd do in your Me Time if you're Bella Negative and want to escape the busy life of being a vampire. Resus' own me time involves a nice luxurious bubble bath and placing some cooling cream on his skin. Cleo has a milk bath, because it's been passed down on her ancestor's side, but no milk bath would be complete without lily pads surrounding you. And Luke's me time is....well, you know what it is, because if you're a werewolf you want to calm down after a long day, then here's another way of spending luxury: lying in a bubbling hot tub with your three friends from Scream Street whilst closing your eyes and peacefully daydreaming about when Scream Street is on CBBC, or what you'll be doing tomorrow or other things like that. Are there any other ways of luxury or me time? We'll see about that!

If At First You Don't Succeed...
I had lunch at the Brora Hub today with Sarah and the others. Today we're having vegetable soup with bread, followed by roast beef and potatoes. Afterwards, for my TV series 'Sybil's Place', I paired the people in the Hub up with our carers/friends, which are characters from shows like Tumble Leaf, Danger Mouse, My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic and If You Give A Mouse A Cookie.
Afterwards, I went to the Learning Centre where I did some drawings for my dream story, some of which I did quick as a flash. I was told to give personal information about myself for the book festival that the Learning Centre was attending, and I reminded Trish of The Demon Headmaster - she used to watch it all the time when she was a kid. I even told her about the tragic discovery I made today about the schedule replacing Scream Street, but at least I'll try to keep a straight face through all the sadness. If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try again!

Some Sad News....
I'm afraid I have some very bad news: in two weeks, Scream Street will go away and will be replaced by Odd Squad. In fact, when I saw it I got so upset I cried as I - well, the good news is I wrote a letter to CBBC, and if they get my letter, maybe they'll change their mind. This is why you should never work for a squad of kids who solve problems like an alien has become your roommate or there is someone narrating every move you make. And I don't WANT to see kids learning about math, I want to see MONSTERS! Even for someone my age, Scream Street is very helpful to people with autism, as it contains a street full of freaks and characters like Resus, Luella and Dr. Skulley are examples of the autism spectrum.
But, the other good news is that on the week Scream Street gets replaced, you'll see Scream Street on BBC Alba, dubbed into Gaelic, so instead on that week, I'll do 'Smuain Sraid Nan Sgread na Seachdain' which means I'll do my thought of the day for 'Mirror Mirror' in Gaelic.
