Shystalk's Reboot Know-It-All
Hi, everyone, I'm Shystalk. I'm glad to see that nobody has forgotten that on Thursday, a new series called The New Legends Of Monkey made its debut on CBBC. As you know, the Monkey guy is a total trickster. Like Sybil, I think this show is a ripoff of Power Rangers. Monkey too is after Sybil and her friends Luke, Resus and Cleo, but if we want him to change his mind about Sybil's monster besties' future on CBBC, we'll need to complete this quiz about all the reboots on CBBC. I repeat, we need a quiz, not a car-cass...
*Trumpet Fanfare*

Fire: Nothing Always Happens!
NOTHING: I hope you left room for breakfast! Fresh kill for everybody.
ME: Wow. Thanks, Nothing. Having to eat this I thought I'd never starve. I mean, I've seen them do it on TV, but this - oh boy, this is so good.
BINGO: Won't we get malaria or ebola or cholera or other stuff like that?
NOTHING: There's no disease out on the stretch, so there's no flies or insects inside open carcasses.
RESUS: Eeeeeww! I'm not eating that!
ME: Hey, I've got a good one. Feather, your sister is derp-eyed, right?
FEATHER: Yeah right.
ME: Does she have some kind of disability like Nothing has or something? And TribbleOfDoom, your creator - she's named after Tribbles, creatures from Star Trek, so there'd be a game on the CBeebies website which begins saying, "The Tribbles have escaped onto the Star Trek ship! Try and catch as many as possible in 60 seconds!"
[We all laugh]
NOTHING: Ah, hilarious. So, what do we plan to do today?
ME: Well, I've got a busy schedule ahead, and I wanted to tell you all something really exciting.
MY FRIENDS: Yes!/What is it?/Tell us!
ME: Well...er....you know Scream Street?
MY FRIENDS: Yes?
ME: Well, Scream Street is...
HACKER: There they are, cockers, GET THEM!!
NOTHING: Oh no, they're after us.
ME: Quick, grab fire torches! Hold them off! Now!
FIRE: Sister! Get back to the pride, it's time for the humans to learn about what happens tomorrow today!
NOTHING: No! I'm trying to help my friends!
FIRE: Shut up and get over here!
SHYSTALK: Er...Fire...let them fight off their frenemies.
FIRE: SHUT UP! NOW BRING FEATHER WITH YOU!
NOTHING: No way, Fire, I have to do what's best for-
ROAR!
FEATHER: Hey!
NOTHING: The beach is going to be set alight!
FIRE: Go go go go GO!
NOTHING: My friends will burn to death!
ME: NOTHING!!
ME: Nothing?! Nothing!
BLUEY: Nothing, where are you?
LUKE: Nothing?
CLEO: Nothing!
ME: Look!
ALL OF US: The Shifting Place!
ME: I'm sure to find Nothing there. As far as I'm told, that's where she went. Nothing, Nothing I'm coming!
[The Shifting Place disappears]
ME: Nothing...NO!
[Everyone begins crying softly]
SHYSTALK: I'm sorry that you had to lose your friend.
ME: Shystalk?
SHYSTALK: We're the pride huntresses you named yourself, Huntstrike and me.
HUNTSTRIKE: Yes, thank you, loyal human.
SHYSTALK: We feel how you feel about losing Nothing and Feather, and especially Hover, but three peoples' losses are another's helping paws. Sybil, your imagination provides the key to unlock the future to us all, not just for your friends, but for all the people of the world, all the world's children, and somehow, somewhere, you can find a Shifting Place you believe does exist.
ME: You're right, Shystalk. The power of imagination CAN lead to great events. Who's with me?!
LUKE: I am!
RESUS: I am!
CLEO: I am!
BLUEY: I am!
BINGO: I am!
ME: Wait - did you hear that? Follow me.
[To our surprise, we climb over sand dunes and see the Mr Benn version of the Shifting Place. There are trees and streams and the air is fresh]
ME: There IS a real Shifting Place!
BLUEY: We did it!
BINGO: Your imagination did just right, mate!
LUKE: I can't believe it!
CLEO: We're free!
RESUS: Yay!
SHYSTALK: See what I mean? You are the key to the future of the world. Now go - run free.
MINUTES LATER...
[Suddenly, a note floats down into my hands]
ME: Hey, guys, look, a message! It's from Nothing! It says, "Thank you so much for supporting me through my journey, Sybil. I hope to see you and your friends again soon, but with your power to imagine the will to turn back time, you can relive joyous Pride moments on Youtube."
BLUEY: I can't believe Nothing is so generous to give you this message.
ME: Nothing still lives in my heart!
RESUS: Look - there's another one.
ME: It's from CBBC this time. It says: "Luke, Resus, Cleo, we're giving you a second chance. You're going to last another month on iPlayer." Does that mean....?
LUKE: Yes! More lives!
RESUS: A second chance!
CLEO: Awesome!
NOTHING: I knew you'd care about your friends, Sybil...but thank you...for taking care of My Pride.

I'm sorry that due to Scream Street being my only hope of keeping calm, and a lot of stories to write and blog entries to put up, I am unable to watch Dog Loves Hide & Seek, Diaries and Kites in my living room.
