Goodbye For Now, Young Dracula

Ah, vampires. The average vampire is known greatly for his silky black hair and his delicate, precious skin - tell that to Resus. I may love the vampires in Scream Street, but there's one thing with vampires I also like - Young Dracula. Honestly, Scream Street changed the way I look at vampires and because of Resus, I see Young Dracula in a whole new light like...vampires have delicate skin or something, I dunno.

But tonight, it is with a heavy heart that we have to say 'bon voyage' to Young Dracula....for now. Young Dracula had some great humor, especially in 'Bodyswap' when Renfield started speaking French and words flew at us very fast, and cutesy moments like Count Dracula reading Vlad a bedtime story and Zoltan singing the new baby a lullaby, and when Kurt joked about having a family night in in one episode. The Valentines' ball in 'Love Bites' and Ingrid's birthday gifts at the beginning of 'Sweet Sixteen' feel like more of life moments than celebrations, and I agree with the creators of the show too.

Someday, on CBBC, we'll see Young Dracula again. But for now, we'll just leave Vlad to stay in contact with his old friends Arthur and Tracy Beaker, and see how they're getting on. 'Til we bite again, Young Dracula!
