Zecora is a master of mindfulness. Next time you feel overstimulated and want to unleash your inner Everfree Zebra, look to Zecora's Cutie Mark with this fun mindful drawing activity.
YOU WILL NEED:
- A grey pen or marker
- A crayon
- A piece of paper
First of all, get a piece of paper and draw Zecora's Cutie Mark on it - first, a big grey swirl, then some small triangles around it to make it look like the sun. Near the triangles, write down what you're worried about or what causes your anxiety.
Turn over the piece of paper and write down what you would do to deal with the issues you wrote down, in the style of Zecora's way of rhyming as speaking. After this activity is completed, store it away somewhere where you can look back on it in a time when you feel overwhelmed again.
