...but whilst going on the Newsround website, I found a very special article about which children's book is going to be turned into a Christmas special: Mimi & The Mountain Dragon. I haven't read the book, because I haven't heard of it. Ever. Don't worry, someone's about to see what it's like this year.
But...will it be CGi or traditionally animated?
The answer lies in the hands of the animators....

I.B.F.F Diaries '17 - 1st February 2017 - Trying To Take It In
On the 1st of February 2017, not only did a new episode of The Worst Witch, named 'Pond Life', air, but the softest, snuggliest episode of Scream Street, 'Tutan Kutie', aired too. I.B.F.F Diaries '17 takes a glimpse into what happened that day, with help of Mildred, Luella and Cleo.
First, Mildred and Luella lie outside in deckchairs wearing cool sunglasses, trying to relax and enjoy themselves. They're relaxing near the pond, but what they didn't know is that there's a frog nearby. Just as Mildred ponders over what happens in this week's Worst Witch episode, the frog lands on her lap and she screams, falling over in her deckchair. Luella tries to calm her down, but then the frog begins to speak, panicking the two witches. When they've calmed down, the frog introduces himself as....DR. XAND?! WHAT THE...?!
Mildred is furious, but Dr. Xand explains that he was trying out a magic wand Mildred left on her desk in her room, and he turned into a frog. "How will I host Operation Ouch now?" whines Xand, "I'll be a toad forever." Mildred and Luella race back into CBBC and retrieve the wand from the Operation Ouch doctor's office, then return to the pond where Mildred recites:
"This frog's life's completely bland,
Turn him back to Dr. Xand!"
With a POOF, Dr. Xand turns back into a human. He thanks Mildred and Luella, and promises he'll talk about it sometime on Operation Ouch and discuss it with Dr. Chris, who for some reason doesn't believe Xand as the I.B.F.Fs like to call Operation Ouch 'CBBC's 2 Stupid Doctors'.
Meanwhile, Cleo is trying to relax in bed ahead of tonight's Scream Street episode, which of course is centered on her and her long lost boyfriend, Tutan Kutie. She gets disrupted by other CBBC characters, and tries everything to obtain herself during her quiet time. When the others join her she is appalled, but invites them in for her quiet time before they review 'Tutan Kutie' and call it the softest and snuggliest episode of Scream Street there is. "We're sure to get better sleep because of this episode now," says Luke with a contented sigh.

Quentin Tarantino's Mr Men
In this hilarious video, the Mr Men become human as they become a group of gangsters. I found this video spoof pretty hilarious, especially when Mr. Christmas strangles Mr. Tickle in one bit of the video.
How To Improve Our School Summer Camp & CBBC/CBeebies Show Ideas
This morning, at Grandma's, I watched Our School Summer Camp, and here's how I can make an improvement to it like the I.B.F.Fs will do with some shows in the I.B.F.F Diaries series.
This show won't be a documentary, but a sort of reality show, similar to Got What It Takes. This time, one camper will be voted off during an elimination ceremony, and CBBC viewers have to vote online on who will become camp champion. Now that's what I call a real reality show version of Our School. Speaking of, here are some show ideas for CBBC:

This time, one camper will be voted off during an elimination ceremony, and CBBC viewers have to vote online on who will become camp champion. Now that's what I call a real reality show version of Our School. Speaking of, here are some show ideas for CBBC:
- P.Y.S: Present Your Story - Children present extraordinary stories from their lives in any way they want with help from a host.
- Word Up - Comedy sketch show about nonsense words, which encourages viewers to shout out the word of the day at home and join in with the sketches and songs, whilst our hosts try to get their child guests to say the word for the first time.
- Hey! Where's My Shorts? - Mockumentary about the funniest family in Britain and their overly embarrassed son, which encourages viewers to vote online to see what happens in the next episode.
- CBBC English - Programme teaching viewers English with help from the hosts of CBBC, plus versions of programmes like Diddy TV that teach viewers to improve their English vocabulary.
- Random Acts Of Comedy - The comedy show by kids, for kids! Each sketch show features sped-up slapstick comedy vignettes performed by kids for a young viewing audience, in the style of OOglies or Just Kidding.
- K-TV - The sketch show made by kids, for kids! Kids take over a TV station to present skits, songs, games and spoofs, and encourage viewers to join in at home.
- Chill Zone - Stock footage set to chilled out music. This programme might be suitable for night time viewing or for when CBBC viewers are about to go to bed.
And let's not forget CBeebies, we must not forget about CBeebies' show ideas:
- Talent Treehouse - Kids host a talent show from a treehouse. Each show presents three new acts from three special guests, which entertain the child audience and talk about what they do.
- The Child Inside - With the help of their families, celebrities manage to relive their own childhood before, at the end of each programme, running off to play with their children.
- Xtreme Beebies - Presenters explore the world of extreme sports.
- CBeebies English - Follows the same concept as CBBC English.
- Bedtime Moments - Shown as part of the Bedtime Hour, this series of short vignettes shown in between programmes sees soothing footage of children playing or engaging in bedtime rituals, or specially shot sequences of children interacting with animals and other objects to help viewers prepare for bed.
- Storimagine - Celebrities tell their children their favourite stories, which come to life before the child's eyes through animation and special effects.
- All Join Together - CBeebies puts a normal child from Britain in the shoes of another child from another part of the world and lets them live their life for one week.
In I.B.F.F. Diaries, the characters suggest their own ideas for shows, some of which are bound to come true. I wonder what your idea for a programme for CBBC and CBeebies is like?
