She-Ra's Trip To Japan - Speaking Japanese

Here in Japan, like most parts of the world, there's one thing that stands out amongst the rest - learning Japanese! Adora, Bow and Glimmer have picked up a few new Japanese words and phrases, but they already know some like 'Konichiwa' which means 'Hello' and 'Oishi' which means 'Delicious'. You can learn a little Japanese too, just by clicking the link below:

The Sybil Giggles

Today I got a strange case of the giggles because of three things. I like to call these giggles, Sybil's Giggles, and I got my support worker cracking up too. Here are three things that made me giggle:
  • Mushroom, my cat, being very rubbish at hide-and-seek.
  • Mum pretending to be a blind old bag.
  • The alternate ending to Noddy & The Magic Night, where Noddy drowns in the pond and Big Ears delivers an eulogy at his funeral about how silly he is (please laugh).
Now check out the funny Japanese dub of 'Noddy Is A Silly'!

The Hyenas & The Takeaway Of Terror

Scar's loyal henchmen get their own adventure in Scream Street!

Scouring Scream Street for food, the hyenas stop at Otto Burger, where they befriend Dixon in order to get their fair share of greasy burgers and ketchup-slathered chips. Only Ed isn't the one eating all this muck, as he realizes Otto's burgers are made with rats, including ones which might bring the Black Death back to Scream Street. With help from Eefa, this dumb-brained hyena must save his hyena mates and all of the street before it's too late.

Picture Night/Scooby Snowy Day

Two dreams I had last night about my favourite TV dogs - Scooby Doo and Bluey!

First, what do you get when you take the new Bluey episode 'Movies' and feature teenage monsters, a horrid boy and a group of ponies? My first dream of last night! I starred in that episode, even though I haven't seen it, along with Luke, Resus, Cleo, Horrid Henry, Perfect Peter, Pimply Paul, Prissy Polly, Vomiting Vera, Twilight Sparkle, Spike the Dragon, Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rarity and Rainbow Dash. We were going with Dad, Bluey and Bingo to see Chutney Chimp in the cinema. Rarity wore her best satin/glitter/pearl clothes, with some of the people in the cinema thinking she's a real movie star, Pinkie Pie had her arms filled with popcorn, candy, fizzy drinks and other movie snacks, Fluttershy wanted to see a princess movie that was displayed on the poster and Horrid Henry wanted to see 'Return Of The Vampire-Zombie Werewolf' although we wanted to see something everyone wanted to enjoy, like Chutney Chimp. I had brought a lunch of cheese and chutney sandwiches and chocolate hobblers just in case anyone got hungry. On the way, we met Rusty, who was excited about seeing a superhero movie with his mum, and saw an aquarium, just like the one you saw during Henry's experience going to the cinema to see Peter's heroes the Happy Hippos. We met Chloe as well, she was going to see the princess movie too and wanted Fluttershy to come with her - after all, she was wearing a tiara and carrying around a bubble wand in this dream. I let Fluttershy go with Chloe to see the princess movie, and when we entered the film, Rarity claimed she had VIP access, to which we teased her about it. I was friendly enough to help Bluey overcome her fear of the frightening scene in the film, to which Dad thought I was doing a grand job.

After our night at the movies, we went back to Pimply Paul's place for takeaway pizza and chillout time. Nah-nah-ne-nah-nah!
My second dream was not like Chill Out Scooby Doo, or the time when Scooby Doo and the Mystery Inc gang tried to confront a snow monster, it was something that dropped the usual Scooby Doo formula and only included Scooby and Shaggy, much like the Hannah Barbera Superstars 10 films which featured only Scooby, Shaggy and Scrappy Doo. Oh! And myself.

I was playing with Shaggy and Scooby in the snow, and introduced them to all my favourite snowy games, such as snowball fights, sledging down the hill, rolling down the hill in a giant snowball and making snowmen - or better yet, what about a Snowy-Doo? Scooby Doo carved a big ice sculpture of a box of Scooby Snacks - his favourite treat. After all the snowy fun, we went back indoors to keep warm and drink hot mugs of cocoa. Scooby's cocoa had a Scooby Snack and several marshmallows in it!
The second dream on the other hand was a perfect approach to Winter itself, and the first dream ignited my love for Scream Street, Bluey, Horrid Henry and My Little Pony.

It just goes to show that in dreams, you can make everyday situations like a trip to the cinema or a day playing in the snow full of one thing my dreams carry, unlike most peoples' dreams - softness.

Good Morning, How Are You?
