10 Things I'll Talk About Should I Attend Today's Drop In

10.Toons In Danger: Marvin To The Rescue
Before The Dingles ever premiered on Cartoon Network as part of O Canada, there was the 50 Greatest Cartoons Of All Time, which as I mentioned in an earlier post had some pretty weird cartoons. In Toons In Danger, Marvin The Martian uncovers a plot to kidnap all the harmless toons and replace them with weirder toons that'll give kids across the USA nightmares. It's up to our favourite martian to save the world - and his friends - from those creepy toons!
9.Cartoon Network/[adult swim] Archives
Everyone would go head over heels when I tell them about this wiki! This is the best website anyone had ever produced, and provides information on Cartoon Network's past schedules, events and more. It even provides advice on how He Man aired on the channel back in 2003. A true gem!
8.Me, You, And...Double Fun
Well! Everyone is in such a rush this morning, so due to me talking to my mum about telling Gemini about crossover stories and films, I had to halt this story right at the beginning of the story 'Popcorn For Breakfast'. This is a double bill of stories starring Furaha and her two friends Orko and Optimus Prime, who go on adventures in the British countryside and in the jungle. It's all inspired by He Man, The Dingles and Transformers Armada airing on Cartoon Network once upon a time in November 2002.
7.The Dingles Airing As Part Of O Canada
My favourite Canadian short film of all time besides Ludovic and The Sand Castle has once aired on Cartoon Network in the USA when I was 2 years old. And that's NO JOKE! The Dingles is a nice, relaxing short film about a kindly old woman and her three human like cats going about their daily lives. My favourite parts of the short were when the Dingles were having breakfast, and the orange cat was trying to defend himself against popping popcorn, the black and white cat putting a banana through his ears so he can slice it into his cereal and the Siamese cat nervously cracked open his boiled egg and then drank from it using a straw. My other favourite parts in the short included the Siamese cat filling a bath with bubbles, and the ginger cat being disgusted from the bubbles and having a drink from the bath tap. Crazy pussies!
6.The He Man episode Dragon's Brood being part of NBA's All Star Slam
Yesterday, ladies and gents, I finally found the schedule for Cartoon Network's NBA All Star Slam, and guess what? An episode featuring Orko was on there! Of He Man of course. It was the episode where Orko found some dragon eggs, and at the end during the moral juggled some real eggs only to get splattered by them. What a disrespected little wizard. Give him more respect, people!
5.The Looney In The Bed Goes...
Based on the Baby Looney Tunes version of Ten In The Bed and the song Daffy sings at the beginning of the Looney Tunes cartoon 'Boobs In The Woods', I used to love these kinds of songs, and I used to add some extra lyrics to Daffy's song. Well, in this story, you are about to witness Furaha, Orko and the Baby Looney Tunes add more lyrics to the song! Don't call Daffy nutsy, because he'll flip out otherwise.
4.A Warmly Lit Night
While on the way to Dornoch Beach with our picnic lunch yesterday, I happened to look at the Dornoch Primary school and I saw a dad carrying a little boy who was holding his stomach all the way to the car, suggesting he had diarrhoea or something. This was the basis for this gentle story about Furaha feeling sick during a playdate with Baby Marvin and spending a night tucked up with Orko and Optimus Prime under soft, gentle blankets, drinking soup and hearing Optimus spin stories starring him and his roommates. Such a soft and gentle story, especially after you've found out you've seen the old cottage which you used to stay.
3.Galentine's Day
Girls rise up! This girl power version of Valentines' Day celebrate the women who we cherished in our lives...including ponies like Minty and Zecora. From little girls to beautiful women to beauty models and those who just want to play with their kids, all the girls should celebrate themselves today. Furaha is a girl, a lioness girl, and she should celebrate being this way today, especially as Transformers Armada contains only two female characters, Alexis and Sureshock, and not a single grown female character in sight. Do Alexis and Carlos have mums and dads? Hmmmm....
2.Cheddar Day
CHEEEEESE, GROMIT! Wallace would love this day because it's all about cheese. It's a day for celebrating cheesecake, cheese sandwiches and everything in between - except if your sandwich is hijacked by a Mylo.
1.Pancake Day
Usually someone like an American person would tuck into a good breakfast of pancakes to start the day, but here in my house we'd start off with luscious white bread. You'd find pancakes at Denny's too, the ones who created the adverts featuring the dancing rooster and the screaming chickens who react hysterically at Denny's Free Grand Slam Day-

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!"

Was that a screaming chicken? I'd best not mention that beforehand. In the meantime, here is some music to keep you going while I deal with this poultry screamer.

Ooooh look what I've found!
I just found this website while looking at the short Quasi At The Quackadero, which is a biiiit too weird for my taste. And guess what? It prompted many reactions in my brain at the time, like these:
So are you ready?
