Inventive Moments - Shadow Paint

In Jim Henson's The Storyteller, our titular spellbinder uses his shadow paints to bring stories to life around him as he has never done before. If you think that amazes his dog, wait until you amaze your friends with what you can do with your own Shadow Paint!

You will need:
  • Black and brown paint
  • A shovelful of dry mud
  • Some water
  • A wooden spoon
  • A large bowl
  1. First, squeeze an amount of black paint, then an amount of brown paint into the bowl.
  2. Sprinkle some dry soil into a separate bowl.
  3. Fill the bowl with water, and mix said water and soil together.
  4. Pour the wet, sticky soil into the paint bowl, and stir altogether.
  5. Add a little more black paint, then stir once more.
Voila! Now you are ready to work a little magic on anything you touch...unfortunately, expensive paintings don't count as much, so large rocks work wonders next time you go to the beach.
