Shansi's Dream
In this poem, Shansi falls asleep while observing butterflies and wakes up with wings attached to her back. She flies across various settings from BBC Kids shows, waving to her friends far below.
That Calm Little Guitar
A calming poem about how, in the BBC Kids lounge, there's always calm guitar music that plays on the loudspeakers as we quietly read, relax or draw pictures.
Scuff
A poem about Scamper's little baby cousin Scuff, and how everyone adores him for his little nappy and his acorn dummy.
My Fair Little Rose
A beautiful, sensual poem about Lady Penelope and me living in our very own Eden, enjoying peace, quiet and nature in our own solitude, relaxing and spending the days happy and carefree.
Boogieing Down
Whenever Top Of The Pops comes onto BBC Kids, everyone runs into the hallway to dance to all the songs that appear on each show. Wild and crazy, we show off our moves and dance the night away until we drop to the floor.
Relaxing With Lady Penelope
I spend time relaxing with Lady Penelope on her recliner chair in her room after a long, tiring day of working for International Rescue. With me in my pyjamas and Penny in her silk nightgown, we snuggle together in this dark room feeling contented and dreamy.
The Fourth Doctor's Birthday
With the help of Scamper the squirrel and the Home Farm Twins, I try to make a cake for the Fourth Doctor's birthday party.
When We Were Babies
Inspired by the Teletubbies episode 'Little Baby'.
A poem about a few of the characters and stars from BBC Kids as babies, and how they have learnt a lot since the day they are born.
The Night Before The Snow Day (short film)
Based on the illustrated book by Amy Wummer, this beautifully animated traditional hand drawn 2D short film sees a little girl and her two dog friends running outside to play in the snow, accompanied by their friends and family of course.
Valentine's Surprise
After a phone call from Sonic and Amy about how they're planning to make the 1st of February special for their daughter Sonia, a mum decides to do the exact same thing for her kids, putting up special soft toy bouquets, cosy pyjamas and a 'romantic' dinner which consists of sweets and chocolates inside two boxes.
The Night Before My Relaxing Day (short film)
Told as a poem, this short film is based on the night after my blood test, as Lady Penelope and I dream of playing on the beach and encountering friends from Stingray and My Little Pony along the way, also enjoying a good long relax.
When Everyone Fell Ill (short film)
A musical short film based on my poem idea, where I go around town looking after Orinoco, Fox and Slowcoach, who all have terrible colds, until I come back home and realise Lady Penelope and Parker have colds too, so I try to make them feel better as well.
The Biscuit Ballad (short film)
When Monty sees a jar of biscuits and cake on the counter in the BBC Kids kitchen, he can't help but bring out a violin and sing to it to say how much he loves it, accompanied by images of him playing the violin and flying with floating biscuits and cakes against a pink background patterned with red love hearts.
Imagination (Short Film)
A musical short film where Lady Penelope, Parker, Sherbet and my toddler self imagine going on a pirate adventure to a fairytale castle.
Imagination
I am bored on a rainy day, but Lady Penelope and Parker make it more interesting by using cardboard boxes, toilet roll tubes and kitchen appliances to make an imaginary indoor adventure.
When Everyone Fell Ill
When everyone on BBC Kids falls ill with a terrible cold, including Lady Penelope and Parker, it's up to me to take good care of them and cheer them up.
