A Thunderbirds Solution
When you get irritability from tiredness, remind yourself: "I'll come back to Gerry Anderson/Thunderbirds/whatever" later. For now, just do some beditation or whatever.
Washing Dishes
Try washing the dishes slowly by hand. Let the warm water run, focus on each plate, each movement. It’s a gentle way to ground yourself while pushing through the feelings.
