Do You Know Why ITV's 2013 Idents Went Away Last Year?

Because Horrid Henry moved to Nicktoons! Thanks a lot, ITV, I prefer Horrid Henry on CiTV rather than Nicktoons because it was much better with all the cartoons about teenage girls and turtles who specialize in ninja skills. Oh and spaceships who broadcast cartoons about CGi transforming robots in a Japanese anime Pokemon-like world. As Horrid Henry would say, "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!"

What Tom & Jerry Think About When Watching Coronation Street On ITV

What Tom & Jerry Think About When In Space

A Special Announcement From Blaze & Mystic

BLAZE: Mystic!
MYSTIC: Blaze! Oh my god, you finally made it back to the colony. How's your time with Issie?
BLAZE: Look...I don't know if I mentioned this to you yet, but you have to know. Issie...+takes a deep breath+ is actually a horse.
MYSTIC: WHAT?!
BLAZE: Yeah, Ja-noogies.
MYSTIC: I knew she was hiding something behind that human mask!
BLAZE Weird, right? I heard voices telling me Mystic will be back next year...
+silence+
MYSTIC: Yeah...
BLAZE: In its bloody, violent, Warriors-like glory!!
MYSTIC: Haven't you read Warriors?
BLAZE: Horses don't read, they fight.
MYSTIC: Fighting is good in this series, and in Claw.
BLAZE: Huh? What's Claw?
MYSTIC: Haven't you heard? Claw is a live-action drama series our friend Sybil is doing for CBBC.
BLAZE: Yeah, tell me about it.
MYSTIC: Claw is a series about a wolf clan who transforms into humans who live in a forest near a small town, and one of them is adopted by humans, hunted down by townsfolk for being so different they want to kill her.
BLAZE: But CBBC doesn't show a thing like that, not since Wolfblood!
MYSTIC: Didn't I tell you? Wolfblood is Issie's favourite CBBC show. She watches it on iPlayer a lot, no biggie.
BLAZE: You're a legendary warrior, you don't say things like that!
MYSTIC: I know, but understand: watch this: https://www.bbc.co.uk/cbbc/watch/mystic-new-episodes
+silence+
MYSTIC: You'll have to wait.
BLAZE: I CAN'T WAIT! It's such a long time!
MYSTIC: Blaze, calm down.
+silence+
BLAZE: You know Issie's wild, like me, too!
MYSTIC: WHAT?!
BLAZE: And Claw and Wolfblood are much better than Mystic, so...
+Blaze stands up on his hind legs and punches Mystic in the face, storming off.+
MYSTIC: Owwww...

Watch out for Claw, my live-action drama series for CBBC! I'll be posting blogs giving you full details and scripts for Claw, so tune in to see these and lots more fun stuff! Don't punch anyone in the face like Blaze, though.

Mystic Tales - My Pride Ep.6

Bluey/The 'Hood #2 [Evening]

Lazy Weekend:
The gang spend the day at Izzy's house one weekend, and don't want to do anything but laze about since it's quiet and peaceful...and be tranquil themselves.

Waiting For Lunch:
It's the annual Bring-Something Barbecue and the gang are waiting for lunch to be ready. They imagine wandering a giant table of food and enjoying a feast...not knowing that the feast belongs to a giant - and he's familiar....

The Night Guardian:
On a backyard campout, the gang tell the story of the Night Guardian, a figure who lives in the world's jungles and rainforests, says goodnight to the world's children and lives on a healthy, balanced diet of fruit. When the gang get scared by the shadows and noises in the night, Izzy reassures them about the meaning of the reassuring and protective light of the moon.

Visions Of The Pride

I've been taking a nap after lunch, and all that food was swirling around in my tummy so much I had a really weird dream, much like the ones Nothing has in My Pride: I was running across a canyon...then I jumped into the river, splashing Cleo as she was relaxing...then all of Scream Street held a yoga tournament which turned into a big tea party hosted by Cheerilee of G3 My Little Pony - not the unicorn, but the earth pony...

Scream Street and My Little Pony...what's this on about? I'm having visions of my natural, creative instinct....

Me, You, And Scooby Doo & The Reluctant Werewolf

I had an idea to finally put Scooby Doo into Me, You, And... . Just like how they did with the Zombie Island and 13th Ghost stories, I've decided to rework the Reluctant Werewolf story to include Furaha and her family meeting Scooby, Shaggy and Scrappy on a day trip to the city. Furaha tries a special sun cream which turns her into a white dog, similar to when Shaggy turns into a werewolf. Her new form is similar to Scooby's girlfriend from the old series, Scooby Dee. Here's the form:
We will also meet a part of the Monster Road Rally gang who's stayed a werewolf since the age of three, named Eleanor Lupius III, or Ellie as the others call her. Ellie was raised the monsters by order of Dracula, who took her from her parents' house when she was only three years old. The monsters kidnap the family and it's up to Furaha to find a special clean magic water that'll change her to a lioness cub again and team up with Ellie to help Scooby, Shaggy and Scrappy and save the family from being turned to hideous monsters.

The music will be composed by Paul Taylor, who did the music for the 2001 Bill & Ben series, and Dave Metzger, who was one of three composers for Brother Bear 2. So, you'll be hearing a mix of the quirky music for Bill & Ben and the Native American rhythms used for Brother Bear. By the way, the original version of the film is airing on Boomerang this Friday night so it gives me a great opportunity to do a big full length blog entry telling you all about what to expect in the film. It'll be - what else - a hoooowwwwling good time!

Videos I Saw At Grandma's Today

Scooby Claus!

Today on Abracadabra Doo, Scooby Doo ate a giant vanilla cherry ice cream which gave him a foamy Father Christmas beard and hat! It's not the first time Scooby became Father Christmas, he helped save Christmas with the gang a few times, including dressing up as Santa in a real costume in The New Scooby Doo Mysteries. I'll look out for that sometime!

The 'Hood: Street Dancing & Road Trip/Exciting News For Aussies!

Street Dancing:
The gang form their own street dance crew, but don't know any moves until Mackenzie's mum turns up - she turns out to be an excellent street dancer in her teenage years.
Road Trip:
A special. Izzy takes Mitchell, Becky and Templeton along on a road trip across Australia to see her uncle in Sydney. With lots of pits stops including toilet and restaurant breaks, fun and familiar sights across Australia, this is one road trip every Aussie kid dreams of!

And finally, I have exciting news for you Aussies who love watching ABC Kids...
The Guess How Much I Love You special, named 'The Enchanting Spring' is airing next Saturday! It'll be so charming it'll make Britney Spears' eyes melt out. If you're an adult, you can watch it too, but if you're a kid, prepare to be charmed. The sight of playing among flowers is familiar and soothing, especially if you want to escape the noisiness of other shows. Remember! This is only in Australia, so I'm speaking on behalf of all Aussie out there. Good luck!

The 'Hood: Work & Play & The Toilet

Work & Play:
While watching Bluey's friends play in the park during a community barbecue, the gang wonder why adults work while children play, and why parents need time to play with their kids and help them with their personal development. I decided to set this episode in the park during a community barbecue after I saw the Bluey episode 'Spy Game', and I also decided to bring back the Play Tree, the centerpiece of the park where the children meet and play.
The Toilet:
The big kids are babysitting Bluey and Bingo. Bingo recalls when she learnt to use the potty for the first time, and then has to go...quite literally!

Bluey/The 'Hood #1 [Morning]

Breastfeeding:
An air of expectations fills the neighbourhood as the local women gather to reveal why they breastfed their children.
The Secret Club:
Chloe sets up a secret club in her backyard and the gang and Honey are members. However, they must keep it secret and change the password every few seconds, when another friend arrives to join...until the club collapses!
Like Father, Like Daughter:
The female members of the gang spend the day with their dads: Bluey and Bingo play pirates with Dad, Cleo tries to cope with her embarrassing yet loving father Niles and Tiny helps Major in his workshop. Fury wonders why she doesn't have a father.

The 'Hood Ep.17 - Shama Lama

The reason why I gave the Bluey episode 'Calypso' the alternate name 'Shama Lama' was because I found the song to be part of the US Nick Jr show Jack's Big Music Show. Anyway, learn about world peace with Izzy and Bluey as our young friend takes part in a musical play session to teach the young dogs how to play together through a simple, catchy phrase - Shama Lama!
Teach your child about World Peace, or Peace Day, through these fun activities:
