The Truth About Sandwiches

If Tee & Mo can make sandwiches with chocolate, peanut butter, pineapples and watermelons, why can't we make sandwiches with cheese, lettuce and tomatoes? Some of them have things that cause allergies, you know, like a cold that can come early.
