The Details That Need To Be Added Into Scooby Doo: The Mystery Begins

There are a few details in Scooby Doo: The Mystery Begins that need to be added in...

First, the movie should begin in the style of stuff like Moon & Me and Winnie The Pooh, with a panning shot of a Scooby-Doo fan's bedroom, with Scooby Doo toys and posters. A comic book about Scooby Doo is laid out on the table, and it opens, revealing the first panel which immediately starts off the movie as it zooms into the page.

The montage where Scooby and Shaggy hang out over the weekend, eventually leading Scooby to pet Shaggy like he's his human, is well represented in I.B.F.F Diaries '14 - Part 12: A Christmas Surprise, when Scooby Doo is crying over seeing puppies in a pet shop window up for sale. During the montage, we hear Secret Garden's 'Sigma' as we see Shaggy and Scooby Doo, in their 'A Pup Named Scooby Doo' forms, in flashbacks that show the best moments of their childhood, like Shaggy getting Scooby Doo as a puppy for Christmas, Shaggy playing frisbee fetch with Scooby in the park, Scooby stealing Shaggy's sandwich, Shaggy tickling Scooby's tummy, the duo playing with water soakers while wearing scuba gear in the bathtub, celebrating Shaggy's 9th birthday with his friends Fred, Daphne and Velma and reading stories with the torch on under the bedcovers.
During said montage, we see images of a church decorated for Christmas, including a model of the nativity which immediately match dissolves into Blue Peter's nativity model, and photos of CBBC throughout the years leading up to 2014, with pictures of Arthur, Buster, D.W., Tracy Beaker and Vlad in a row above the fireplace.
