When the world began, strange equine spirits began to roam the earth. They were pale white and ghostly, and were rumored to be the spirits of goodness by most people today. When the dinosaurs were wiped out due to extinction, these horses were the first to walk the earth. However, a darker species named Elmanes roamed the earth. The leader of the Elmanes, Horder, made an agreement with the spirits' leader, Mystic, that the tribes should live in peace should the first men roam the earth. However, when men first build civilization, their promise was quickly broken. Elmanes started attacking and killing people, ripping their flesh, drinking their blood and chewing their remains. Furious, Mystic went to talk with the eldest stallion, Folder, about the Elmanes' takeover. Folder told Mystic "If Elmanes take over, no one on this planet will be left standing. Your only chance for your breed to be peaceful again is too kill yourself, and later you'll come back as a spiritual ghost." That is exactly what Mystic did - she drowned herself in the ocean, and with that, the Elmanes disappeared forever and stallions remained peaceful to this day. Horder's spirit lives on too, killing those that have been punished and sent to Hell. Now, Mystic's spirit still lives as a ghost, ready to help out an unsuspecting human named Issie with the legend...
