When they see the sneak preview for the new technically upgraded Blue Falcon and Dynomutt, Shaggy could've told Scooby that they like the original Dynomutt better, as my mum and I like Bob The Builder, Thomas & Friends and Fireman Sam - not to mention Noddy - in their original model forms. Shaggy would've also asked Scooby, "Wasn't there a show starring you and Dynomutt together, called The Scooby Doo/Dynomutt Hour?" which causes a crowd of fans to race up to Scooby, take his picture (almost blinding him in a cartoony fashion) and asking for his autograph.
Space Ghost Coast To Coast would also briefly be mentioned when the gang meet the man cosplaying as Zorak. Fred would've asked; "Hey, didn't Space Ghost host a talk show with his two worst enemies on Cartoon Network? Look, I know we were dubbed on the show, but please, we really want to see Space Ghost interact with his guests again." There would also be a sequence with Space Ghost, Zorak and Moltar watching a scene from the film in the Ghost Planet cafeteria, and commenting on it before switching back to the film, but when they hired William's Street to animate the scene...well, they were a bit busy at the moment.

There would also be a scene similar to the 'Heffalumps & Woozles' sequence in The Many Adventures Of Winnie The Pooh, where Scooby Doo falls asleep and has a dream of encountering many Hannah-Barbera characters, set to the tune of 'Stobart's Blues'. Some bits of the sequence include Top Cat crashing Scooby Doo on the head with two dustbin lids like cymbals and Scooby Doo forcibly pulling a sword out of a stone, including an encounter with the original Dynomutt himself.
Some crazy good influences here, you really know a wide range of sources.
