Sally's Birthday Surprise

Sally came round earlier and gave me more birthday surprises, turning it into the best day ever this week! They included a Me To You birthday card, some sea-salted caramel sweets, a sketchbook and the hugest chocolate cake she ever brought me! Now I'll suffer two sugar crashes by the end of the day!
