After seeing an upsetting secret scene about Hetty Feather's friend Blanche on Whoops I Missed The Bus, Mitchell and the gang decide to make an even more hilarious secret scene by force-filming Hetty talking to viewers about how to make the Foundling hospital a better place and how to kick the Matron out. When the gang view it, they wished they replaced the secret scene about Blanche with the home video they made, and phone Myles, but his refusal leaves them wishing they hadn't made it.
