New Puppy!
Next door have got a happy, bouncy new puppy! I wanted to call her Candi-Rose, after the character in The Dumping Ground, and he felt so cute and lovely - he spent most of his time chewing on a stick and loved mucking about sometimes. Let's see what next door thinks of the new name Candi Rose.

The Card
Yesterday I got a card from school, signed by everyone and with a link to a poetry competition from the library - how I miss them! I'm so glad they did this just for me, I never thought they would do this, until yesterday. I'm going to cherish that card forever.

On The Way Home
Yesterday as we went home from Grandma's, mum and I saw two things that almost caught our eyes.
First, we saw a cow peeing in the field. I don't know how disgusting it was, but let's just say there was a lot of wee. Mum burst out laughing when she saw the weeing cow, but are there any toilets where cows graze? I think so.
Afterwards we saw something so random Mum was laughing even louder at what we passed by - a turkey! An actual, real life turkey! It was quite a random thing to pass by, and both of us were freaking out in a good way, as we have never seen a turkey on the side of the road before. I mean, pheasants were the main problem of driving, but a TURKEY?! That was unique.
My life in my new home however is very boring, I wish I found a magic device in the attic that granted all my wishes.

Moon & Me - The Picnic
I just saw a strange episode of Moon & Me that revolves around the characters having a picnic, complete with something for everyone - sandwiches for Pepi Nana, an apple for Moon Baby, carrot pie for Dibillo, an upside down cake for Collywobble (it's literally a piece of cake turned upside down) and a very large grape for Little Nana, a biscuit for Mr. Onion, plus some best grass for Lambkin. They share the food with one another and make very strange noises when they eat, plus Little Nana notes that grass is only meant for Lambkin. When they finish eating they lie down on the grass and fall asleep. Mr. Onion reminds us that "there is nothing to do but be happy together", a message you must stick to for life. When it's sundown, they pack up the picnic and there is a full shot of the almost silhouetted gang going down the hill before they sing about questions about their picnic.
In the end, they have tea as always. Boy, these guys must be full up, but remember that they always do things together, like I do with my I.B.F.Fs. It's very similar to episodes of In The Night Garden where the Pontipines try to have their dinner everywhere outside their house, especially on the Ninky Nonk.
