365 Days Of Happiness - Time To Rest, Not Roar

Happiness can be the pause that follows a rough day. Yesterday might have left you queasy and wrung out, the car ride with the support worker still lingering in your body. Today, though, you can soften into rest. Let yourself sink into the quiet of your room, no timetable to keep, no pressure to push. A blanket pulled close, a gentle show humming in the background, or even the simple sound of the dog’s paws padding nearby—these little comforts can stitch you back together.

Happiness doesn’t always roar. Sometimes it’s just giving yourself permission to do nothing after your body has done enough.
