Marina's Skin: A Stingray Skincare Routine

🌊 1. “Sea Breeze” Cleanse

  • What you need: A soft washcloth, lukewarm water, and a drop of gentle, unscented baby or children’s cleanser.

  • How to do it:

    1. Wet the washcloth in lukewarm water.

    2. Squeeze out the excess so it’s damp, not dripping.

    3. Add one tiny dot of cleanser.

    4. Gently wipe your face in soft circles—just like Marina gliding through calm waters.

    5. Rinse the cloth, wipe off any leftover suds, then pat your skin dry with a fluffy towel.


🧜‍♀️ 2. “Mermaid Mist” Refresher

  • What you need: A small spray bottle, cucumber slices (or just cucumber juice), and cooled chamomile tea.

  • How to do it:

    1. Brew one chamomile tea bag in a cup of hot water; let it cool completely in the fridge (about 15–20 min).

    2. Fill your spray bottle halfway with the cooled tea, top up with fresh cucumber juice (or very thinly blended cucumber water).

    3. Close and shake gently.

    4. Mist your face from about arm’s-length, imagining Marina’s gentle sea spray caressing you. (If you don’t have a spray bottle, just dip cotton pads and gently press onto your cheeks.)

  • What you need: Two cool cucumber slices.

  • How to do it:

  • What you need: A pea-sized dab of pure aloe vera gel (or a mild unscented kids’ moisturizer).

  • How to do it:

    1. Warm the gel between your fingertips.

    2. Gently press it onto your cheeks, forehead, and chin—no rubbing!

    3. Imagine Marina’s skin, fresh and sea-silky, as you smooth it in.


💤 5. Nighttime “Coral Calm” Wind-Down

  • What you need: A cozy pillow and your favorite bedtime story.

  • How to do it: After your mini-mermaid spa, curl up and read or listen to a calm story. Let your skin (and your mind!) drift into a peaceful sea of dreams. 🌙
