Angry Ninja - Tips For Anger

Feeling angry? Try the 1 + 3 + 10 technique, and then say these phrases for these difficult situations:
  • Pressing The Wrong App: "I am angry and upset because I pressed the wrong app."
  • Nearly clicking on another Google Calendar event by mistake: "I was almost angry and upset because I clicked on another event on Google Calendar."
  • Confusion over headphones: "I'm nearly angry and confused over the kerfuffle which tells me which headphones were mine."
  • Wrong images on an AI chat: "I am upset because (name of AI chatbot) won't show me images of (name of subject) as requested."
  • When a family member sneezes a JUMPSCARE of a sneeze: "I was about to be angry because [family member] sneezed and made me jump, but if I wear my ear defenders, none of this would happen."
