Tiger Face Paint Tutorial

There's one thing I missed out on Lunar New Year, and that's to make a craft inspired by Bingo's tiger face paint. Now you can paint your child's face so he or she can look like a tiger themselves, even after Chinese New Year! Happy Late Year Of The Tiger!
