Postman Pat and his cat Jess are baby delivers for the BDF (Baby Delivery Foundation) and are tasked with delivering a baby to someone very special. But with every house they reach, they find four dogs have already had children who have gone by the name of Bluey, Snickers, Judo and Coco. Pat is disappointed, until he realises the baby belongs to Lady Penelope all along and delivers her to the aristocratic agent right on time.
