When Optimus injures his leg playing with Furaha and Orko in the park, he is admitted to hospital. But from the moment he wakes up at night, he sees strange images on the window screen near his bed, and his leg has strangely healed. A panicked, nervous Optimus makes his way through a dark and magical hospital, complete with twisting staircases, animal nurses and doctors and paintings on the walls which come to life.
