Imagine a pretty flower in your mind—a rose, a daisy, any flower you love.
Hold your hands together in front of you like you’re cupping the flower.
Breathe in slowly through your nose, as if you’re smelling that flower. Count “1–2–3” in your head.
Breathe out gently through your mouth, like you’re blowing a soft petal off the bloom. Count “1–2–3–4.”
Repeat until you feel calmer—usually 5 flower breaths is plenty.
