Flower Breaths

  • Imagine a pretty flower in your mind—a rose, a daisy, any flower you love.

  • Hold your hands together in front of you like you’re cupping the flower.

  • Breathe in slowly through your nose, as if you’re smelling that flower. Count “1–2–3” in your head.

  • Breathe out gently through your mouth, like you’re blowing a soft petal off the bloom. Count “1–2–3–4.”

  • Repeat until you feel calmer—usually 5 flower breaths is plenty.
