Hot chocolate in a thermos: pre-make it at home and pour into a leak-proof flask. Now you can enjoy a warm drink at Tomach without queuing in the café or battling loud noises.
Add a “Quiet Kit”

Noise-canceling headphones or ear-defenders for Sally (and extra little ones for you, too!).

Fidget toys or a soft squeeze ball to keep hands busy if things feel noisy outside.

Create a mini picture-schedule
Draw or print small icons on index cards for each stop—🛒 ASDA, 🧺 picnic, ☕ hot-chocolate, 🚢 ship-watching, 🎁 Home Bargains outside.

Plan a “quiet corner” in the car
